szkocjasid 3,139 Posted October 4, 2022 (edited) With r/r at 2, meaning Edwards in heat 8 (waste of a ride) I'd swap Pijper & Rathbone. If Mildenhall are going to put a nigh on unbeatable rider in heat 8, I'd have my 2 weakest against him & look to pick up points in the heats without Edwards in! Edit: Oxford did the same tonight Jenkins getting an extra ride in heat 8. Don't understand that, if Oxford wanted to build a good lead for the second leg, they'd need their top man beating as many heat leaders as possible, not second strings & reserves! Bagpuss 10,826 Posted October 8, 2022 Why is Ashton Boughen riding for Oxford not Mildenhall after all the fanfare?

Bandit59 1,153 Posted October 9, 2022 Plenty of incidents last night, most entertaining rider surely was Luke Harrison he's came on loads,Bullets have it all to do now Mildenhall definitely not a track they go well on , but here's hoping,
topsoil 2,498 Posted October 9, 2022 Very impressed with Luke Harrison last night, he has come on so much from watching him in his early NJL days. Would be great to see him full time with the Bullets next year, build the side around him, Ace Pijper and Mason Watson. Greg Blair for entertainment and a Kyle Bickley / Luke Crang to score top end points and pass on advice for various tracks. Been another entertaining year for the Bullets. One of the best things to happen to Berwick speedway in a long time. 4

He's doing fine, unbeatable in his NJL races last night. However, he's still a year or two away from being able to race at NDL level.

Surely the question is more whether it makes sense to run r/r at two.
