Great little league with no or little promotion

Depends what you mean by ‘promotion’ ? The league has never been high profile and no one who is involved in it is concerned about promotion. All the northern clubs know about it, it runs each year, it works ! . Teams and riders come and go and the NJL has produced a steady stream of riders to the NDL and above . Any type of ‘ promotion ‘ won’t change that but if it’s just more ‘ coverage ‘ your after then that’s probably down to the co-ordinator to be a bit more pro active possibly.

The league is struggling to find riders, particularly 125 lads to race in each of the teams but that is an issue that is now affecting the hole of the sport and will be a serious issue in the coming seasons for all levels.

I find it infuriating that so many riders have cut thier teeth in the development leagues and gone on to far greater things and yet generally the powers that be do little to support them and often try to ignore thier existence.
