I'm sure they'll do a good job of hosting it though, as the place has been being extensively developed over the past 10 years. If the limit is 100km/h and you are caught doing 101km/h, you will be charged. Fines are related to income, so the richer you are, the more you are hammered. There is also a round of the Dutch Grass Track championship scheduled on the same day. We tried to switch with one of the Nations in Nagyhalasz, but unsuccessfully for as far as I know.
