Is Jan Kvech too old to compete this year? What is the cut off date for age? I never understood how that works. He's still 21 until October. What happens to a rider who turns 21 in July this year for example, are they allowed to compete?

Must be under 21 at the start of the year, I think.

Correct. Age at 31 December.

Thanks, I never knew when the cut off was... So if someone turns 21 on 31st December, they're too old, but if they turn 21 on 1st January they're good?

Disappointing, I would have liked to have seen Parnitskiy get a pick, he seems to have a lot about him, although I'm sure he'll have his opportunities eventually

Can't really complain about the line up, glad Petr Chlupac got a pick, it would have been insane not to
