Wolves v Belle Vue 10 July

Recommended Posts

R/R  for Wolves doesn’t hamper them, if anything makes them stronger round Monmore with everyone taking a ride.
Has Connor Bailey ridden Monmore before?

Weather looks mixed, looks like rain from lunch till around 3pm then chance of showers afterwards?

Wolverhampton ‘Parrys international’ Wolves: Sam Masters (C) 8.24, Steve Worrall 6.51, Luke Becker R/R 7.00, Rory Schlein 6.79, Ryan Douglas 6.45, Zach Cook 4.38, Leon Flint RS; TM: Peter Adams

Belle Vue ‘ATPI’ Aces: Dan Bewley 8.28, Norick Blodorn 5.69, Jaimon Lidsey 7.25, Charles Wright 6.67, Brady Kurtz (C) 8.28, Tom Brennan 5.66, Connor Bailey RS; TM: Mark Lemon

Let's hope Steve Worralls Polish Red card yesterday doesn't affect him too much.

As Adams says on the Wolves site, the aggregate point is gone, so might as well win by 2 instead of more.

Keep us posted please. I'm travelling long distance but won't risk it if there's a likelihood it'll be off

Not entirely sure as haven't seen the report yet, but it involved some kind of altercation with one of the opposition riders who got a yellow card!!

Update: apparently after Heat 8 in which Steve scored his 2+1, there was some off-track argument with Oscar Polis. Steve hit him and Polis responded with a kick and the ref dished out the red and yellow cards (probably a Glasgow fan?):t::rofl:

A lot happened after the race. There was a clash between Polis and Worrall. The Brit hit Polis, who retaliated with a kick. In the machine park, the two players clashed again.

That's translated from https://sportowefakty.wp.pl/ Worrall finish 2nd, Polis 3rd.

Stopped raining, have standing puddles on my drive. Still overcast but seems to be getting brighter.

Why would being a Glasgow fan have anything to do with it.

looking at radar there will be another shower between 2.30-3. Another one possibly around 4 and more worryingly one around 6pm. Hopefully wind changes and they miss.
