Glasgow Vs Oxford play offs 26/9/23

Recommended Posts

Jenkins out after his spill in heat 15 last night. Oxford have to go r/r with Killeen as No8. Jordan will be a miss.

What’s wrong with Jordan?

Didn’t say but was holding his left hand last night when walking back to pits and went to the medical area.

Forecast improved a wee bit for tomorrow. Been dry today hopefully track can take whatever rain comes tomorrow afternoon as met office has it dry after 7.

Who can take Jenkins rides? Kerr, heeps and reserves? No sure weakens Oxford much.

Glasgows to lose. Should deal with this with relative ease. Tarasenko the big difference. 54-36ish.

Surprised he was in heat 15. The guy is a racer so stay safe and think of the long game wouldn’t cross his mind.

It’s looking like a major blunder putting him in now. Big blow for Oxford and puts big pressure on the reserves.

Oxford clearly weakened by Jenkins absence, maybe not so much at home but definitely away. He defeated Basso in the league match a few weeks back.

Don't really agree, with Kerr taking presumably heat 8 and our reserves being weak point should easily match the 5 points Jenkins scored imo

Gonna be tight this will go to the last heat I think hopefully tigers can get over the line might need one of our reserves to score a few points ..its important we stay calm & composed when racing its over 15 races not a few it can be done ..I've got this definitely between 48 to 52 for a glasgow win

What’s the cut off for this fixture to be run? I thought it was the end of September?

Allegedly this Saturday.

Interesting, let’s see if the clear rules at the start of the season will be implemented to stop the season running into November again.

Think we’re all getting to the past caring stages ,four weeks sitting idle between June and July and now we are depending on weather entering October.

Bookmark this and we will be saying the same next year and the next.

But to answer your question on or before Saturday or we forfeit the meeting.
