That's what these amateur meetings and practice days are for, any real talent could adapt to the situation. There's not enough in place to prevent the ndl going further into decline with juniors coming up through the years and missing out on a team place due to teams made up of poor riders. Unfortunately those who run the sport and ultimately run teams in higher leagues cannot see that a higher level in the NDL will generate a higher level across the sport.
