I no somebody went to court lied the way through everything and came out smelling of roses as nobody to contest these matters or oversee them. Took there word without proof etc. -
That would make more sense, perhaps a search of companies house could be in order? -
Is it something as simple as a trading name change? This would then require ALL paperwork with all Authorities to be changed eg: BSPL, HMRC, Visa, etc. Grasping at straws I know 🤷♂️ -

Ban the rider then, not cause havoc for 4 teams, doesn't make sense this. -
Could it be FB missing UK meetings to ride in Poland and someone has spotted or reported that he,the club or sponsor of his application are in breach of his visa regulations.
