announced at track the ref had not been informed about both changes there for them riders were not in the race and should have not gone ahead who was team manager tonight for scunny you would think he would know the rules but yet again how many times does his team follow different rules to others -

New to speedway hence the name but is there not a rule stating that the ref should be informed beforehand of any changes to a heat regarding swapping riders?
