It can only be that as he is not in a Premiership 1-7 that the converted Championship figure is used -
Seen a couple of races on YouTube, my initial impression is with a bit of dirt down and well watered this could be an absolutely awesome track, there is a ton of room on the corners which is good only if from a safety point of view.

Hmmm, that’s interesting. Jenkins’ Established Prem MA from 2025 is 4.61, which is higher than Hellström-Bängs’ 4.50 - and there’s no home uplift for a guest because it’s assessed. Therefore … either: they can use Jenkins’ converted Champ MA or they can use his Prem MA -2.5% because he’s a Brit, even though that’s for team building purposes. -

The official cop out for that one was the regulations being 'interpreted' as a rider that has never achieved an official match average as opposed to being assessed Lambert had of course achieved a match average prior to that time and although officially (re)assessed at the time of the booking this was conveniently 'clarified' to allow his inclusion
