  1. When Holder pulled out with a sore toe I couldnt help but think about Harris getting run over at Wimborne Road and running back to the pits to win the re run. Compare the commitment

  3. That race from Sarj took a pair of balls the size of space hoppers given the conditions closing in, the situation and the tiniest of gaps to the fence

  4. Poole tried to cheat and it backfired serves them right.

  5. Sadly, the two young Aussies only use Poole as a stalking horse to get their visas which enable them to ride in Europe i.e. Poland. Time for them to earn their way in the real world and not use any UK club to secure European visas. All British clubs you have been warned to look out for visa tarts in 2020.

  12. In all of this piss taking of Poole... Respect to Klindt, Josh G and Covatti.. Not 'superstars' and probably never will be (nor ever think of themselves as such like you feel some would).. Especially Klindt.. An alleged 'gating tart' who seems to be evolving into something a whole lot more.. Including leading a team... Wouldn't mind seeing him at the NSS next year.. Anyway, compliments over.. Let's get back to taking the piss out of Poole...

  14. Well done Ipswich, fully deserved. Nicolai, Josh & Nico can hold their heads high. As pretty much has happened 95% of the time this year when it matters our 2 other Aussies fail to perform, time to ship them out.

  15. I tell you what if I was a promoter I would not want anybody like you slagging off british speedway like you do. Now why don't you go and find some of your old mayfairs, and hopefully find one without the pages stuck together!

  24. If the meeting is curtailed at heat 10 maybe they should just use the first 10 heats from both legs to calculate the aggregate score

  25. I couldn't agree more with this point, every year the same people come on here bemoaning a lack of fixtures and continuity issues and the simple answer is to condense the season, start the 1st of April and get league fixtures done by the 31st of August, Play Offs, Cup Finals and any extras to be all done in September, this alleviates the fixture situation and saves the oldies avoiding the cold months of March and October, it's a summer sport after all.

  28. Kurtz and Holder should be ashamed for letting everyone down and I personally found Holders antics embarrassing. Nicolai, Josh, and Nico.....You guys gave 100% effort, thank you. Well done Ipswich, you fully deserved to win and I hope you go on to win the playoff final.

  34. I just hope we can get on with the meeting tonight and it not like the Swedish final and many meetings of late with false starts and the usual plethora of mechanics invading the track to top up the fuel and give the bikes a 10,000 mile service, then a return to the gate with the usual gardening adjusting the clutch and goggles and then one rider will turn around a go half way back round the track before the starting marshall even tries to get them to line up. False starts all four riders should be straight back to the tapes and lined up and ready to start under a one minute warning, those bikes should be mechanically capable of doing that and fuelled accordingly. No mechanics allowed a the track and no return to the pits.

  35. Both Play Off matches so might be interesting to see if they allowed both to carry on if it came to it! It’s the same every year tho isn’t? Weather in September/October has often seen matches cancelled and run completely at short notice with little chance to advertise. Poland and Sweden have it right by finishing their seasons before end of September.

  39. My comment was meant tongue in cheek and a backhanded compliment to them They were a credit to themselves on the track and indeed great off it in the case of the Josh G I witnessed in the pits. Showed great humility and sportsmanship with congratulations and best wishes to Witches riders, staff and fans alike when it would've been easy to just slide away
