I agree with what you say regarding British rider and R/r but would every promotion be treated the same way regarding wording of rules some how I doubt when looking at some things that have happened in the past.Only in Speedway.

Like I say it's all all about interpretation as with a lot of rules in speedway and also which Promotion is involved.Rule book is a standing joke IMO .

He started the season on 4.69 in Championship.It will all come down to Interpretation no doubt so who cares anyway.!
