  1. If we have to be seroius.... then young families would prob get annoyed by the noise but then you prob wouldn't get a house next to a race track! I can remember Arsenal getting this when they were at Highbury, neighbours complaining about the noise. So not just speedway unfortunately!
  2. Sorry that one prob my fault, as I said in a different thread that Hans might be tired with his 12 meetings in 14 days, or whatever it was!
  3. If you support BV, then surely you'd rather have Peterborough! lol. If BV are going to win the league then they need Peterborough in the final otherwise Wolves will win.
  4. Tbh, don't know what there is to complain about. Free speedway from your bedroom window, sounds good to me!!
  5. Better hope Hans is not getting too tired from all the catch up meetings for Leicester and Peterborough in last couple of weeks!
  6. Speedway Social on Twitter: "Lots of calls for a change to the league format in 2022 - so what would your choice be? Comment below if you want something that's not included... Really interested to get as many people's thoughts as possible on this so feel free to RT to get a good sample size!" / Twitter Poll on twitter, they are looking for a big sample size. Just in case anyone wants to vote and/or comment on it but hasn't seen it!
  7. I think KL might wanna keep their team plans to themselves til after the AGM, otherwise might get some surprising change in voting over rules for 2022, which means their team would have to be changed.
  8. Nice try, anyone who finishes top aren't underdogs lol
  9. What is the Wolves track normally like? If it is not normally prepared like that then it will just mess up the home riders more and back fire.
  10. FGS he has a farewell meeting to keep on top of. Considering this is a rearranged meeting, he prob told them at the time that he would need to be in Denmark.
  11. Even the more sweeter when it happens then! I mean i only had to wait from 1994 to 2003 and i thought that was ages! lol I am a very impatient person though
  12. Ah yeah, wasn't that through Rick Frost..?
  13. Ssshhh If you say his name too many times he'll appear, like Beetlejuice lol.
  14. They do that before H15 most weeks tbh! But it seems to get the crowd going. Just waiting to see what song they give Leicester for the team walkout next week. I'm guessing it will be something from The Lion King? Maybe 'just can't wait to be king' considering Redcar had 'bare necessities' or however you spell it lol.
  15. Looking like Glasgow/Leicester vs Scunny and Redcar vs Edinburgh. If both Scottish teams go through, wonder who Poole would choose? However if Leicester get 3rd place and Leicester and Edinburgh get through I take it we would choose Edinburgh?
  16. Knew it! Injured riders always land on their injuries. Was hoping not to hurt his ribs even more but that is young riders for you! Edit - but other ribs too, that takes some doing!
  17. Possibly, have to wait and see. Right old Disney fest with the team song choices tonight. The DJ must have a good chuckle deciding what song the away team should come out to.
  18. Track looks good tonight, so no probs there. Was very good on his last visit, bit worrying if we have to meet Edinburgh in the playoffs, Edinburgh have run us the closest so far.
  19. Law of averages would suggest that you have to win it at some point! I can remember when BV last won it last in '93, think I was 11. Although if they weren't any playoffs in history then would have won it at least once since then. So just a bit unfortunate, definitely have to get the little bit of good luck when it comes to the playoffs.
  20. I think Redcar can definitely get the 'within 6' point. If they are going to win, 2 of Sarj, Jenkins and Kingsley need to get 5+ each imo.
