Oh no, Jack Thomas is really good at Poole! I think he got about 9 at reserve and he was always on everybody's tail. Bowtell got 4 for us in the number 2 position inc a 5-1 with Rory in H1 vs Scunthorpe. So should be good at reserve. Just checked Jack got 8+1.

Form dipped a little bit in last few weeks (maybe cos of track idk) plus Ben riding good as well. But he has been doing really well for Sheffield.

Overreacting a bit Steve. Yes, Stef is a good rider and we will miss him but we have enough strength in depth to cover for him imo. And we don't know who is at reserve for Glasgow yet in place of Pawel. I have enjoyed this season more than the last few in the prem, I hope we win the league but if we don't we don't. Still have enjoyed this season.

Yes, that is true. Bend 3 and 4 looked a lot better after they sorted the hole the size of a kitchen table out! I was by bend 4 and didn't see anyone's bike lift up after that apart from Shanes. But I think he had gone past the point of where the hole was when he crashed for the second time (when Bomber was seeing if he was alright he was pointing to exiting point of bend 4 on the outside).

Well all I can go on is what is reported in the media!

Dan Ford in the Echo today said the track was really heavy and had caught Stef out and he couldn't turn the bike. Also said if they didn't do extra track work Poole riders wouldn't have carried on. Also said the track got to a rideable stage. Apparently they were worried about the track before H1.
