  1. Justin improved a lot this season riding with Cookie. Amassed a colossal number of bonus points too. Still young too so still more to come.
  2. So pleased that the effort put in by some fantastic people that I have never met has paid dividends. Just get the Fish back in the team now please!!
  3. Justin's back!! Great news. British Speedway ‏@SpeedwayGB 2m2 minutes ago EDINBURGH- Justin Sedgmen will be back with the Monarchs in the Premier League for the 2015 season.
  4. They're getting confused between RW and SW?
  5. If they are able to run in 2015, they still couldn't commit to 2016 until they see the crowd levels next year. So the funds are to run next year and give a chance of running in later seasons. EL, PL or whatever is irrelevant at the moment.
  6. When you read on facebook about the phenomenal efforts being made by some supporters to raise the required funds, it's very sad to see the energy wasted on here in petty squabbling.
  7. Bank transfers are possible - Lisa has given me the details. Hope others can now help out too. Just beware that there might well be Monarchs bricks in the wall!!!
  8. Oliver Allen ‏@ollyallen 8m8 minutes ago so i have just been told my average is 'too high' to fit @casesrebels . only in this sport hey...
  9. I think there's a random rider allocater app around. Add in all riders plus their averages, enter the points limit, then put in a team name and hit Go.
  10. Easy to look very ropey at Ippo - just watch Somerzet!!
  11. Can't be sure but did they not say at the meeting they need £8.5k per meeting? I assume they need to cover away match costs from this too.
  12. I think he said on the play-off video that he was going to retire but had changed his mind.
  13. But there are charges for Paypal accounts are there not? And probably highish where it's not a personal account.
  14. I must say that having a bank transfer facility available would life SO much easier!!
  15. Not disputing any of that. Just that Ellis would need to hit over 9 next year to match Stevie's improvement. I'm sure if he stays on the bike a bit more (seemed to have at least 1 off every time I've seen him) and changes tracks then he will improve. Would be good to see him at Peterborough (or even the Dale) but that would mean leaving Lakeside.
  16. Stevie started the season on a sub 3 point average rounded up to 3. Ellis is nearly 2 points up on Stevie's so not quite a valid comparison!!
  17. Do they not have to lodge a bond with the BSPA? Not sure how many £k that would be.
