With heavy rain forecast tomorrow morning I can't imagine this will be on, they couldn't sort it last week with good weather on the Saturday there is no reason to think this week will be different.

Yes I think they should revert back to Summer trophy or re name it Spring Trophy and have it next year.

They were here for November last season and a lot of them stay with Middlo so I doubt going back early is an option. Anyway looks like it's raining in Australia too at the moment so they may as well wait until it gets sunny over there.

OK I thought it was in such a state that it would not be ready in time whatever work they managed to do and with more rain expected. We are all trying to see the light at the end of the tunnel but it looks pretty dark at the moment.

I think many fans that aren't connected with Poole have offered advice too but either way I agree it will be staged at Leicester at some point in the future. Why are Leicester still advertising Saturdays meeting on Twitter today when it seems like there is no chance it will be on.

To come back from being dead and buried at 10 down to win by 8 shows the determination and resilience of the team. Ben Cook had a poor night by his standards but Zach was excellent especially his heat 14 win over Scotty. It was certainly a meeting of two halves. All set up for a great finale at Leicester if they can get their track sorted.

I agree the Thompsons are good at their own track but usually poor at our track also has to be said that the Cooks are good at home but usually poor at Leicester so who knows. The curved ball is Dan Thompson riding at 5 tonight.

Dan Thompson hasn't had many good meetings at Poole except when at reserve so putting him at 5 is asking a bit much but then putting Scotty at 4 is a plus for them, both look like mis matches, looks like Leicester hope it will work in their favour overall.

Poole Speedway twitter has just asked for fans to be there tomorrow night to support the team so no hint of any postponement from the club, let us hope for a dry day and a great meeting.

Why can't Leicester sort this out, Kings Lynn had stock cars and heavy rain so I am told over the weekend and they managed to get their meeting on.
