  1. I agree, some of the teams are reserve level not heat leader level. Someone said they won't care as tickets sold but I think they will care as it will look bad on them and not great for TV.
  2. I think there is a bit of confusion, I was originally talking about Jackobsen who recently signed for Kings Lynn and had a Premiership average of 5.04 so could be a replacement for Cook at Glasgow. Klindt was mentioned in a discussion with Lisa but as you say the converted average would make any move highly unlikely.
  3. I don't think that there are many more meetings for him in Denmark so I am sure he would accept an offer for more meetings.
  4. Don’t know who thought Kerr replacing Cook was a good idea because he is clearly a downgrade, surely if Cook is injured r/r would be better.
  5. Yes i went to Kings Lynn for the play off final. Great night but not quite as good as the semi!! Don't know what championship average he would come in on but Glasgow should be able to fit him in somewhere.
  6. Your probably right on that one. Frederick Jakobsen flying at Ipswich tonight. Remember him? I expect someone will snap him for the championship soon, possibly Glasgow?
  7. I can't think any rider would refuse to ride and miss out on a pay packet. He is a good rider and rode well for us at the time.
  8. Danny's form for Ipswich at the moment is very strange, he only got 2 points at Belle Vue the other day.
  9. Can't believe anyone would think Kerr is a good replacement for Craig Cook, i would have thought r/r would score more points than Kerr.
  10. I think we need to make all our riders go off 15 metres to make it fair!
  11. They won't win, only really Leicester and us that have the team to win.
  12. Yes I know teams have injuries but Glasgow could use Brennan and Birmingham could have signed replacements ages ago, just makes a mockery of the tournament when some teams are so weak.
  13. Glasgow certainly haven't got their top 2 and Birmingham using Pearson!!
  14. Well they could still win the league, all they need is Peterborough to sack Scott Nicholls and he can be signed to replace Starke!
  15. Yes they do but with Mark Lemon in charge, disaster is never far away!
  16. I don't think so, they will be much better in the playoffs, I wouldn't worry about Ipswich losing this one. With the team Ipswich have they will not lose by that margin again. They would have expected to lose by more than 6 anyway so it doesn't really matter that much.
  17. Yes true, that is how the team is built but I just feel Lawson is the form rider, doesn't mean we won't win with Worrall, he rode well at Oxford last time.
  18. Well Lawson had one bad one but he is a popular guest so that means other promoters think he is the one to get
  19. I think that you have to go with the rider in form and that is Lawson.
  20. I doubt he would repeat that, he got 11 on the previous visit. I think he would be a more reliable option. Steve Worrall is very in consistent at the moment.
  21. Tungate is a good rider though and Summers is going well too so a good move although Summers isn't as good as Barker but overall a good move. I was surprised these two didn't go to Peterborough earlier in the season but well done to Ipswich , i hope it brings them success.
  22. And with Kings Lynn changing their team it seems to me there is only one team Buster cares about.
