  1. Yes you are right, Covatti especially as I think he drops to reserve for that meeting. They do rely on young Robert Lambert but he has been very reliable this season especially at home.
  2. I see the bookies have Kings Lynn as favourites and if NKI can get himself in to some reasonable form I can't really see anyone stopping them but we did well the other night and we have had some good results at Saddlebow Road that is if we get past Somerset who have been very good at Wimborne Road this season.
  3. Yes you are correct there, I don't remember any Somerset fans praising Poole for their efforts on Monday.
  4. Roll on Monday when we can all watch the racing at the NSS on tv, should be a cracker with Kings Lynn in town, NKI, Robert Lambert and of course an in form Riss! Same name completely different ability.
  5. Well i thought he would be a good guest, must have someone up their sleeve for the play offs.
  6. Personally i think 14 points is way too much to pull back especially with Doyle and Holder in town. 8 may have been doable.
  7. Well he is riding better now but it was bad luck for him and Belle Vue. He could have been replaced though with a in form rider.
  8. He's back now though for the cup and the play offs so you have covered his absence.
  9. Any amount of good luck won't help turn a 14 point deficit unless Somerset get a couple of injuries and i'm sure you wouldn't wish that on them. Apart from Bewley what other bad luck have you had?
  10. I wouldn't say that because I have been to many good meetings on smooth tracks, the NSS is smooth and when Kings Lynn track is prepared well it can produce great racing too but the odd rut or two does help sometimes, riders usually say they like smooth tracks which is strange because as soon as they see a rut they aim for it especially if they are not winning.
  11. It's on Freeview channel 95. Get Swedish and Polish speedway.
  12. Or maybe should have got Jonas B Andersen when he became available.
  13. In that case isn't having Jonas just for tonight a mistake as if they didn't use him tonight they could use him Monday, a more important fixture and would make a big difference against Kings Lynn's reserves. I can't see anyone else they could use on the average available that is as good. Apart from the fact they have no chance of turning over a 14 point deficit.
  14. Me too Lisa but I feel it is a little harsh on Steve as he is often attacked on here for no good reason other than defending his team and it's management.
  15. Well they're using Jonas b Andersen tonight so can they use him Monday as they are at home or does the 7 day rule apply?
  16. Well if they can use Jonas B Andersen he is better than either of them. Guested for Somerset at Poole recently looked quick.
  17. Yes i'm sure he will be fine and enjoy the wide open spaces of the NSS. I can see him getting a lot of points monday.
  18. Good news Doyle can't win it on his own. I fancy us to win 47-43 just for the tension!
  19. I think he did well enough in heat 13 to get a heat 15 ride, it was a toss up between the 3 and I fully understand going with Klindt as he would fly out of gate one and battle, nobody in our team could of beaten Doyle in heat 15 and we have put Josh in heat 15 against Somerset before and he came last . If Brady had gated I think he would have beaten Holder as he did in heat 13. I thought moving Josh to number 3 worked and you are right as a pair Klindt and Josh work well together. Not sure if having Harris at number one will help much in the return leg and the track should suit him better, he did look slow but when he gated he was able to ride cleverly to get the win.
  20. What are you on about, we have never choked, we have been beaten by a better team before but that isn't choking.
