  1. In that case isn't having Jonas just for tonight a mistake as if they didn't use him tonight they could use him Monday, a more important fixture and would make a big difference against Kings Lynn's reserves. I can't see anyone else they could use on the average available that is as good. Apart from the fact they have no chance of turning over a 14 point deficit.
  2. Me too Lisa but I feel it is a little harsh on Steve as he is often attacked on here for no good reason other than defending his team and it's management.
  3. Well they're using Jonas b Andersen tonight so can they use him Monday as they are at home or does the 7 day rule apply?
  4. Well if they can use Jonas B Andersen he is better than either of them. Guested for Somerset at Poole recently looked quick.
  5. Yes i'm sure he will be fine and enjoy the wide open spaces of the NSS. I can see him getting a lot of points monday.
  6. Good news Doyle can't win it on his own. I fancy us to win 47-43 just for the tension!
  7. I think he did well enough in heat 13 to get a heat 15 ride, it was a toss up between the 3 and I fully understand going with Klindt as he would fly out of gate one and battle, nobody in our team could of beaten Doyle in heat 15 and we have put Josh in heat 15 against Somerset before and he came last . If Brady had gated I think he would have beaten Holder as he did in heat 13. I thought moving Josh to number 3 worked and you are right as a pair Klindt and Josh work well together. Not sure if having Harris at number one will help much in the return leg and the track should suit him better, he did look slow but when he gated he was able to ride cleverly to get the win.
  8. What are you on about, we have never choked, we have been beaten by a better team before but that isn't choking.
  9. Not at all he knows the job is only half done but he would have taken a 8 point deficit so just pleased at a better than expected result last night.
  10. All our riders busted a gut too, they fought with all they had, Freddie's heat win showed the desire after a couple of lasts, BWD was good in heat one but Doyle couldn't pass as there was only one line at that stage, he tried hard after that as all their riders did but it seemed to me Middlo had our riders so pumped failure wasn't an option. May talked of a big lead and it seemed some riders maybe took their eye off the ball, Lawson was dire and he's had a terrific season, neither reserve did much after heat 2,Allen got 16 against Belle Vue and Summers got 18 at Workington they are riders in form and we made them look ordinarybut if anyone is under the misconception we are already in the final think again, this isn't over by a long chalk. We have to be right on it again at home, nothing can be taken for granted, Somerset have been terrific at Wimborne Road this season and can get the result they need if we don't fire on all cylinders.
  11. Holder didn't deserve more than 7 he was poor all night by his standards. Klindt was terrific as he has been in most of the meetings for Poole this season. All the Pirates played their part and Middlo must take some credit for the performance, Worrall unlucky with a puncture, Brady, Josh and Fred all rode well, they certainly put the effort in and i think the change of Josh moving to 3 helped. As for the track well it produced some good racing tonight, i think the inside was best early on then it seemed the outside was working better but towards the end of the meeting it seemed the outside didn't work so well.
  12. I meant that is what he needs to do not that he has any chance of doing it probably get beaten by Allen.
  13. He won't have to beat anywhere near that class of rider tonight, he doesn't need to beat Doyle just needs to concentrate on beating the rest. He is a good rider but has a long to go to be a world class rider.
  14. Not sure the injuries and guests have changed the result, Kings Lynn very strong at Home but now it will probably be a thrashing with very few decent races.
  15. According to the website we have moved Kacper Woryna to number 2 and Josh G to 3. I think this is a good move tactically. Josh has been going well and as the more experienced rider should be in the heat leader position and rides well with Nicolai Klindt.
  16. Poole it isn't one line racing leave the kerb and go backwards though. NKI may have a point it isn't as good as years ago but the racing is still good and plenty of passing.
  17. Bewley is a massive miss, Kings Lynn must be massive favourites to make the final.
  18. Yes i agree he does seem very jealous and bitter personally having attended the NSS i have to say it was definitely worth it and is a amazing venue for speedway and i would think most people would like it to be their home track
  19. He wasn’t riding to the standard he expected of himself and asked to step down. He was well liked at Poole and improving his performance why would we want to sack him.
  20. And he scored paid 11last time at Somerset earlier this season Harris got 2last time
