I fully see the bigger picture thanks. It was not a criticism of Bewley he is a extremely good prospect who has had a great season and has a great chance of going all the way in the sport and good luck to him. Just comparing a gate and go track to Somerset which is meant to be a good racetrack where gating shouldn't be so important and his scores were similar.
Because he scored more points at Leicester, maybe he didn't find it that easy to pass at Somerset either. Fair points about Cook but he is a good gater so a bit strange he struggled at a gaters track.
Don’t think that is the case, someone said if Bewley could gate you would have won easier last night and Cook is a good gater so what was his excuse at Leicester.
Mostly yes. Although we do have a lot of non regulars in the summer hols but the majority will be Poole fans as at most home meetings throughout the country.
You feel sorry for Poole fans!!
Heat 14 was on the BSPA site which was not the best heat of the night by a long way and in that heat Klindt rode with a dislocated shoulder thanks to Aaron Summers.
Fixed race nights seem to have caused a lot of issues with the main reason seemingly to attract the top riders which hasn't been achieved. Only really Iversen who you would class as a top rider who is riding this season and didn't ride last season.
Exactly what happened to all those dates that were pencilled in for Rye House meetings. The only meeting affected seems to be one that was postponed in mid july. How long do you need to arrange one meeting.
I can't see it being extended, BT would say no tv meetings again if you can't keep to the schedule especially as weather cannot be held up as a factor given the summer we have had.
A lot of money has been spent on the track and its much better than it was. Last night it was affected by the rain which was why some riders struggled especially early on.
