Yes but I always backed him because I wanted him to win anyway just like I did when I back Lindback at Cardiff. Just a bit of fun to me I am not a serious gambler.

I also backed him then at 20/1 but trouble is I have backed him many times since at Cardiff!

I think some of the reasons for the changes weren't always just to do with averages either although Howarth was and he was probably a victim of the circumstances at the time. Most Poole fans would like Newman back but there are personal issues and I think that at the time it was probably thought Jack Holder had more potential than Adam but we all make mistakes even Matt ford.

As far as James Shanes goes I think he has done his job, I am sure he will improve and he fights for every point which is why he is liked so much by most Poole fans. If he could gate more consistently then that would help too.

The George pub does food reasonably cheap, not amazing but ok.

Of course he would be disappointed but I believe what he is saying is that if someone told him we would be 8 points down with one race to go and we would get a point then that is a bonus and reason to be pleased.

As i have said many times big mistake letting Hans go, Sundstrom isn't as good as some think.

My opinion is that Poole should win but it will be close.

He has had to work hard to get where he is but he does have natural ability and to say Auty has more natural ability than Cook and Doyle put together is ridiculous.

Fricke was fast and scored well. I don't remember he has ever said he doesn't like the track.

Cook and Worrall faced a different team last time. Yes they would probably had made the meeting closer but it wouldn't have changed the result in my opinion.

I thought Fricke hated riding at Poole!

The track may not be the everyone's cup of tea but i don't think there is much wrong with the stadium. Personally i have enjoyed my trips to Monmore and hope to continue to do so.

I think we have had some pretty reliable Polish Riders over the years.

Very funny we won't win this one, Vaculik is a better rider than Kurtz, the young pole has been flying and so has Palm Toft, Hans top scored last meeting and Newman flies round the Leicester track, on top of that they are at home.

Don't think you can guarantee this one going ahead, weather is very changeable at the moment.

We could have had Jack back looks a steal on his current average but Matt Ford didn't want him back this season. I think Newman is good value on his average too but there are reasons why those two arnt back and its got nothing to do with their ability on a bike

Well i hope so but there is a lot of racing to do between now and then. The fact remains anyone can make any comment on any thread and they are certainly not going to stop because you tell them to!

Nobody is whinging about their own clubs shortcomings they are whinging about Poole which they are quite entitled to do.

Looking at the forecast I expect both meetings will have to be postponed.

Poole are favourites for both legs whether Somerset have any practice or not! I don't see how a few extra laps on a track they should all know well should make any difference.

i didn't say 4-6 weeks i said 4-6 meetings as it states in the Echo. I didn't say it was certain just what is expected.
