  1. I have to say I am in full agreement with that statement. It is farcical that a team is full of guests.
  2. Exactly my point, like Swindon if Vetlanda can win away then defending a 2 point lead at home should be a walk in the park.
  3. Fricke wiped out Hans last year too, that is why he was he was injured and we had to get Lindback. Another injury not at Monmore. Howarth is mentioned who was out for a week with concussion, picked up too much grip on 4th bend and went in to the fence could of happened anywhere.
  4. As expected easy win for Wolves, Thorsell unlucky to miss out on what would have been a big pay day. Dont agree Aces are favourites at all, Wolves are favourites over two legs. The quote said 5 missing, your saying 4 missing?
  5. You will be fine Lindgren won the riders title there, Thorsell rode well in same meeting, i seem to remember even Greaves has had good meetings there so i don't think you should fear Belle Vue. Don't think you did too badly last year!
  6. I think you need to look at yourself on the rubbish stirring front. Don't worry i am your sure the aces will give it everything for the big play off crowd that will be attending an exciting play off fixture.
  7. Lindgren is a very good rider but can't really see him winning the world title but he is having a very good year and he must like it at Wolves because he keeps coming back when others have decided against riding here. I must say when on form he is almost unbeatable at Monmore.
  8. You qualified no more injuries with seven aces surviving the priority. Then you repeat again about Lindgren getting injured, like your worried whether Lindgren wins the world title or not, he didn't seem to have any problems with the track tonight.
  9. How did i know you would come out with the old favourite rubbish stirring comment. Aces surviving far more important than all rider safety to you.
  10. Shame for him, another Monmore max was on the cards.
  11. Rosco could get a guest Monday just for wind up purposes on here!
  12. I think we all hope he rides Monday, he is a very promising up and coming rider who has had a very good season for Peterborough as well as Swindon.
  13. We will never know if Newman made a difference or not, my opinion based on current form, not previous form prior to injury and the fact BWD was coming back from injury is that Swindon were better off with Newman. If BWD rides Friday for Peterborough with no falls and again Tuesday for Peterborough it will look very dodgy if he misses Monday.
  14. I think it is because they only really want the gp's, I doubt they will broadcast any league racing next year. Let's hope that happens, there should be a good crowd especially as it isn't on tv now.
  15. According to their website they have up to 8 extra channels available for fixture clashes on the red button, not all the extra channels are being used.
  16. That is true, whether Liam is capable of beating Shanes is debatable.
  17. I saw Carr earlier in the season and wasn't impressed but I see he is riding better now so maybe better than Davey.
  18. If that is the case and BWD rides for Peterborough the next day. This forum will go in to overload. Why Liam Carr what's wrong with Mitchell Davey? Can't see Carr being any better. THJ may have been rubbish lately but he has loads of ability and just our luck another one of our assets will score heavily against us. Maybe Matt Ford ought to look at his contracts for loan deals and do like football where a loaned player cannot play against the side that loans him. I just looked and he got 5 at Kings Lynn riding against Poole and 6 last time at Swindon both meetings riding at number 5, it is much easier riding at reserve, he rode at reserve for Poole a few years ago and he was a match winner.
  19. Oh really I am giving them too much credit then. That was in their last year so maybe this may be BT's last year. The problem is obviously rain offs, very few other televised sports are affected by the rain but having said that if the Arsenal game the other night had been postponed they would have shown the replay whatever day it was on.
