Wouldn't you think that some clever person would think that there's a 5 week gap in home fixtures so that might be a good time to put shows,carnivals,car rallies on in the car park instead of causing total chaos arranging them when the speedway is on.Or alternatively don't arrange speedway meetings when all that other rubbish is on

Does that not seem a bit strange? If he was deemed unfit to race because of a non negative test you'd wonder if he was safe to be involved in the pits. Other posters seem keen to use the football analogy. Are they not sent to the dressing room after a red card. Don't think they are allowed to sit on the bench giving advice.
