  1. It’s always quite amazing how Poole are always weakened when using guests but the opposition are always stronger when they have guests.
  2. A better team than Redcar and also scored well at Redcar last time. Too many people are looking at Heeps form from previous seasons and not this season.
  3. Not too sure about that one, he has had a great season and got paid 8 in the league at Redcar. RR for him got paid 8 last night.
  4. Heeps is having a good season so not sure Oxford are stronger without him as Killeen has to take 2 of his rides. Need him fit as they need to cover Jenkins who is a big loss.
  5. Was Tate still a guest for the Aces when he got injured like you said so?
  6. I think it's quite obvious that he has but maybe your rose tinted aces glasses mean you can't see it!!
  7. Considering he is riding as a heat leader and not had a spell at reserve like last season any increase on his average is impressive. Brennan has improved this year.
  8. It was his BV debut as part of the team not a guest.
  9. Heeps is having a great season and scoring really well.
  10. Floor size would be too small for a speedway track that meets FIM regulations.
  11. He said on Sunday when being interviewed at the World Superbikes by Discovery+ that he is aiming to ride at Cardiff.
  12. Fair play, I’ve never been on the back straight as the only time I was at the NSS I was in the main grandstand and that few was superb. I expect a fair few people will accept the transfer to a grandstand if offered. But it shows how wrong they got the pricing that nearly a third of tickets are unsold at one of the best racetracks in the world for a world championship event.
  13. We will have to disagree on that one, the temporary stand looks like it has plenty of seats available.i think if you have a back straight ticket you could be getting a nice free upgrade. I do agree about the WTC, it’s a better format.
  14. Terrible ticket sales but that’s what you get with the ridiculous pricing structure.
  15. Yes, that’s how I watch it.
  16. Well my friend certainly does. His team was Reading but he now supports Oxford and is thoroughly enjoying the meetings at Cowley as are the rest of his family.
  17. But all 3 of those riders would score well at reserve so if it is Kerr that goes I don’t see it weakening the team. If you keep Kerr and Cook I think Kerr will be in the main body of the team and I don’t see him scoring aswell as the other riders you have mentioned.
  18. I feel sorry for Atkins as it seems he has been punished for having a good season last year. In his interview at Plymouth on Saturday night he was saying he has hardly had any meetings and can no longer do NDL due to his average. It’s obvious he needs these meetings for confidence and bike time. I thought the NDL was about trying to progress British youngsters but sometimes a rule can hurt them. His effort and entertainment last year was first class and he deserved to be back but if Oxford want to challenge he is probably the one you would change.
  19. I believe they have a tablet at the door that you can use.
  20. Good ride by Barker in heat 13
  21. What an awful meeting, can’t believe I paid £12 for this crap. Hopefully Oxford can turn it around in 13 and 15.
  22. Totally agree, was going but not so sure now as £85 for the cheapest grandstand seat for the final is ridiculous.
  23. I’m pretty sure if Tobias Thomson had beaten some of these riders on his home track we would be hearing how he’s one of the best signings of the season. Great work by Workington to get Tate.
  24. Why not, why does it have to be in the UK like you’re demanding? If it’s only costing £1k each to attend that’s not much money and I doubt many promoters get the chance to go away during the season.
