And you can bet that they will expect him to ride for Team GB in the SWC regardless of signed form or not! I'm sorry but if they have a computer system with a database, they should be able to see straight away who has signed and returned forms etc, contact those that have not sent them back with a reminder! And no doubt the Team GB Manager was aware of this also but said nothing!

Whilst I agree that the facilities at Reading leave a lot to be desired I cannot say that this is any worse than when I travelled to Denmark for the SWC in 2004! The only blessing there was Vojens at least had real toilets etc! the rounds at Outrup were rather scary! sharing portaloo's with the men (not the best fun I have ever had)

I am so sorry to read this! Kjeld helped me a lot a couple of years ago with various emails about my trip to Denmark for the SWC! He made a point of finding me at the tracks to ensure I had arrived safely etc. A truly nice guy! My heart goes out to his family and friends. May you rest peacefully now Kjeld.
