Think we all know that will never happen and think any decent Poole fan would rather welcome Nicki to the team than Hans!

People get too tetchy sometimes (I know I include myself in that too) I have had friends/relations that have taken their own life, that doesn't stop me finding a comment made by someone else as amusing! A few years back I was out having drinks with some friends and one asked if I heard much from my ex-husband anymore, I just looked back and said "well not since he committed suicide 18 months ago!" then I started to laugh! now don't get me wrong here, although we had been divorced for many years we had stayed extremely good friends and I was heartbroken when he took his life, however, he had a wicked sense of humour like I and would have loved my reply! Normally the best way to handle something which is upsetting is to find an amusing side to it! One of my co-workers this week had a call from his mother to state that she had her results back from the hospital and that she had Parkinsons Disease, without missing a beat his response was "What? you're gonna talk in a Yorkshire accept and interview well known people?" again, that was his way of dealing with that!

But surely the comment here should be "This is a World Championship! not some Mickey Mouse race!"

When Jagus is sat on the track and the medics are asking him questions, he makes hand signals which to may said "things are going round and round, dizzy!" Well, you get the general idea! Whenever a rider hits his head and complains of double vision, blurred vision, whatever, they cannot take any further part in racing! Jagus obviously knew this as he did not protest did he?

And why should we actually be bothered by what he thinks? Scott has a lot of racing ability and managed to beat Harris in the earlier race! so what does that mean? hmmm?

Whilst I am sure that Bjarne would not view things this way! I would be more than happy for him to follow in Leigh's footsteps! Yes it is great to become World Champion, that is really what every rider wants, otherwise they would not start out in the sport! But as a supporter, I am just as happy to have a team that does well in the league! Whilst I would expect Bjarne to sort out the gremlins that are hindering him at the moment in the GP's (be that in the bikes or his head) I am more than happy with watching him beat the majority of the oposition week in week out!

Guess I would say Stead but with Eddie as reserve! but this is just because I think the powers that be will feel that Steady deserves it more! Personally I would prefer to see Eddie in it as I am sure he could master the small Cardiff track better than Simon! Also, looking at the averages in this weeks Speedway Star: 15th Simon Stead 8.29 22nd Edward Kennett 7.53 So not much in it and taking into account that Ed has just moved up to EL fulltime he has proved to many that he is the one to beat now! Those at Poole on Wednesday will know what I mean, in a race with Jason Crump when Ed missed the gate, Jase looked for him, slowed the race up to enable Ed to get round the Wolves pair, then Jase just watched as Ed flew past him and was gone! The lad is showing true potential at the moment and as such I feel he deserves to be rewarded for that. Stead has had a GP Wildcard (I am pretty sure he did anyway) and by rights should be challenging for a GP place now, so on that basis I say give it to and up and coming youngster to give it a try! OK, I have lost the plot now - I am saying Simon or Ed?

I have had similar reports from the girls that are out there! That Irish bar has a lot to answer for I tell you!

It is obvious to everyone that you dislike Scott with a passion only understood by yourself, so why on earth do you bother to keep coming on to these threads and waffling on as you do. We honestly don't give two hoots what you think of Scott and the reasons he is back in the GP this year! Despite everything he is still the TOP BRIT. I have endured for months now the "Begger this" and "Begger that" can we please just move on now................?
