It was a racing incident and some you win some you lose. If Ludde or Robbo had of crashed then Wells would have been excluded, fair play to Riss who was last and able to drive up the inside of all 3 which forced Robbo to pin Ludde against the fence. The track was poor all night and there was very little if any overtaking, so Robbo and Ludde had no chance of retrieving anything from that race. Interesting that the two minutes was 35 seconds lapsed and Ricky was still off his bike and not ready to race, nor with his engine running.

A new FGM as used by a number of championship riders is now £9000. The truth is the riders are trying to find a fast starting motor cos you cannot overtake as much on the tracks in the U.K. So everything is hinged on the first 30 metres. That's why so many riders are gambling on the starts. Jorgensen. Lawson, Worrall R, Kerr, Auty, Masters. Wells. Sarge. Robson, King, Howarth, Garrity, Bjerre, almost always mean a re run at some stage of a meeting they are in. The promoters need to sort out the racing surface instead of messing about with race format, fortnightly averages, 5 man races.

I believe Holder walked out of the meeting without completing 3 rides and is therefore deemed to be with holding his services. The other two completed 3 rides and Batch got signed out of the meeting on medical grounds. ( very handy, and obviously smarter than Holder, but morally no better.

And Robbo would be ? I believe Robbo to be 6.29

So Halifax Tiger you like the keep the gate shut rule made up by Sunny officials when Mr Worrall needed it. There would be no delay as 2 minutes was already on. Fast forward 2 heats..... Two minutes goes on and Auty needs help and the pit gate opens...... You never commented hat it should have been kept closed then. Not bothered about the spellings but if the BSPA agreed prior to Belle Vue , Leicester and Coventry confirming they were riding that riders signed by other clubs prior to those 3 declaring to run that the clubs who already had signed the double uppers would have priority, why would the control board change it this week. And Alex is involved with both the BSPA when it was agreed and the SCB when it was changed.

It would seem the control board have overruled the BSPA agreement Just happened to be the day before Newcastle are at Edinburgh Who besides Vatcher is the other promoter on the SCB............ Alex Harkness Just a coincidence

There are no Newcastle / Kings Lynn fixture clashes all season

Just a quick update on Lewis He had the op yesterday afternoon and has had the right collarbone plated. He has returned home tonight and begins a period of rest with a check up planned in 3 weeks. He passes on his thanks to all who have wished him well and hopes to catch up with everyone soon.

There was no mechanical issue with Lewis Roses' crash. No chains snapping. He went into the corner very low and slow and his front wheel hit the edge of the hole and stopped and momentum took him over the high side. Lewis went into theatre this afternoon at 3.30pm, so hopefully feeling better once the plate is in.

Lewis had no mechanical issues. He hit a hole with front wheel, and high sided. Sam Masters has now pulled out of Wolves double header battered and bruised.

Cannot have a guest , only rider replacement. Mat and reserves. Can only sign a rider up to 5.12 as new average not applicable at cut off date which was midnight last night. New rider will do a job for us and is the best option open to Newcastle due to bad timing. Lewis is having op on bank hol Monday to plate his broken collarbone which he has broke in 3 places. Gutted for him as riding so well.
