  1. The rearranged date has been logged before today. Be no different if they rearranged a GP for Monday as it's an international known fixture.
  2. But weren't the play off dates also known from the beginning of the season?
  3. It most certainly is not. Someone else it has an axe to grind with.
  4. Pathetic that they have rescheduled the SEC meeting for Monday up against a recognised Play Off fixture. It's not like they would put it on Sunday now is it? You have to feel for the Aces if they have to race without their number one due to no fault of his or their own.
  5. Bless, the chums attacking someone who can't sleep. You both never fail to deliver. Bullies.
  6. I hear what you are saying too and you have had the pleasure of watching him develop more than me and maybe your expectation is heightened because of the hype around him. Woffy wasn't a big success straight away either and I fully expect Robert to develop into a top standard rider so long as he does things the right way and if that means concentrating on abroad then so be it.
  7. each to their own I guess. Completely irrelevant. We have a retired copper at my club who hasn't a clue about my sport so it doesn't help in the slightest.
  8. Personally I think he is still doing very well. His average has increased since 2016. Internationally he is making people sit up and take notice. (World Cup apart). I get the feeling he thinks British Speedway is a joke and we need to start looking after our better riders or else he too will opt out and progress further elsewhere. So much more pressure put on him this season than was necessary due to the selfish actions of others. The fact he was still able to add to his average despite all that pressure is pretty remarkable IMHO.
  9. Nobody's can be believed 100%. I certainly wouldn't trust the words of a non speedway fan.
  10. Some do yea. Some improve as the season moves on and is a good indicator to me of potential.
  11. If he isn't a speedway fan how did he know who was talking too?! Either way it depends who's story you believe.
  12. Mark Riss only achieved just over a 4 in 2016 and is much improved in 2017 and is doing well in the top flight too. I'd go on his end of season form which indicates he is much improved. Ditto his career in the UK.
  13. Depends how gullible you are to believe what the pit gate guy said!?
  14. Seems a good explanation to me. That seems to answer the question anyway.
  15. No different to me. Both had been injured and rode when they probably shouldn't have. Both had a reason you either believed or didn't. And because it was Poole it was probably more controversial!
  16. I think the outrage would have been just as bad. However if someone is riding with an injury it's a bit difficult to prove for or against if he is fit enough to ride or not.
  17. A huge backward step last time out for Woffy who seemed on a roll. He couldn't afford a poor GP next time out so I'm pretty much in agreement.
  18. Bewley has been great at Monmore and scored paid 10 on his last visit. Equal to Newman who is superb at Monmore Green. Must be great to have a multi World champion to call upon.
  19. I think it's a fair assumption that a rider that scored 6+1 from 4 rides riding at number 3 is likely to score more from reserve from 5 or 6 rides.
  20. All those early starts on his paper round, poor boy. 3 seat breaks tonight confirmed by Rosco. Caused by the motorcross track it seems.
