I see Roynon has been replaced by Alex Edberg due to food poisoning. True to form, the Minions website can't let the truth stand in the way of a good story and have said ... "The Bears have been forced into a late change with Adam Roynon, who seems to have little appetite to race at Armadale, pulling out of tonight's match with food poisining (sic)." What is it with the reporters who have their scribblings published by the club? Why do they, so regularly, bring such emotional nonsense into it? Is it because they write what the audience wants to read? The irony of Burgergate was obviously lost on this "reporter".

Maybe both parties are stating it as they see it correctly. But some folks not happy with a story that simple, want to stir it and if from Embra, suggest a mountain when it's a mole hill.

Four league and one LC meeting in eight days with a patched up team. Our team issues couldn't have a come at a worse time. This could be a season defining week. Fingers crossed we get either good replacements and/or guests. Please speedway gods, no more injuries!

At the Edinburgh home meeting I heard from a reliable club source there were issues. Apparently his moods were up and down. Bit of homesickness. He's still young, hopefully things will sort themselves out and he'll be back.
