  1. Credit where it's due. On here and in the media the Monarchs have been magnanimous in their assessment of last night. Good on you. Let's hope for a good crowd coming through from Edinburgh tomorrow, mucho friendly banter, sunny weather, good racing and everyone going home safe. PS And 15 heats of tapes working! http://www.edinburghnews.scotsman.com/sport/speedway/tigers-have-their-tails-up-after-dethroning-monarchs-1-3801186
  2. All Tigers fans must be eagerly anticipating this one after Friday night's "HUMP AT THE DUMP". As the Smugs roll into town (or at the starting gate) the Derby Double is on the cards for the first time in 4 years. With the added incentive that a home win will see the Chosen Ones leapfrog the Champions in the league table. Does it get any better? A big Tiger crowd expected for this one ... remains to be seen how many from the East make the journey, or remain at home still licking their wounds. Weather forecast looks favourable ... sunny with a small shower from the East expected 2:30pm. Not sure what the line ups will be, are Glasgow announcing Kozza's replacement tonight? Will he feature tomorrow? TIGERS 1. Nick (Assuming the flight's on time) 2. Dimitri 3. Richard (Who can't ride Armadale then?) 4. TBC 5. Aaron 6. Victor 7. James MINIONS 1. Sam 2. Rob 3. Two Kevs 4. 5. Rearrange these words to make a well known phrase ... Up Right Forty Two Get Yee Forty Eight It

  7. You're like Songs of Praise. Come on every Sunday Talk b@llocks Everyone ignores you
  8. And when the tapes are fixed and working we'll still have "all the money"!
  9. Craig Cook is, what he is. It's his life, his choices. Agree he courts flack due to his social media and other antics. However, his on track performances do lend to debate as we all like to see riders progress, and ultimately fulfil their potential and even do well for their country. Yet Cook appears to be happy not doing what's needed to progress ... when some see the potential and even get frustrated with his actions.
  10. I'm just remembering, Dimiri has still got quite a few away tracks to visit for the first time too.
  11. We've not had enough meetings this season, especially away ones to truly judge our form on our travels. This will be a bit of an acid test for us.
  12. According to FB today he's tried out new engine and frame and looking better. Fingers crossed.
  13. Race off and final at Vojens on 11th and 13th, if Australia in both would he be flown to Glasgow, or are they expected to rest when on WC business, dunno? Kozza practicing at Cashfield today.
  14. Lawson looked much better yesterday after sorting out his early season mechanical gremlins. Know what you mean, but he has been successful in getting past others both inside and outside line at Ashfield this season. Aaron, not sure TBH not really noticed anything of concern so far. Remember thinking yesterday when James Sarjeant overtook an opponent that even he was doing it. Short lived maybe? Hopefully onwards and upwards!
  15. Just made me feel worse. One thing I hoped this team had was spirit and a will to win.
