  1. I've always liked Gordon's openness with the fans. He's even been on here at times which again I admire. His honesty in this piece is appreciated. There has been too much hype coming out of Ashfield over the last two years in Red Alerts, when the paying public can all see what is happening. It's not just the team that fans support. Hope the new owners come up to expectations. Thank you Gordon for everything.
  2. Out of respect to professional people who tried, but maybe never came up to expectations, I refuse to name any just for your personal gratification and obvious need to get a life.
  3. The ref did the right thing. It was the most important race of the season and cheating (if that's what he did) is not acceptable.
  4. Congrats to the Monarchs. A well deserved treble. At the start of the season I called them Minions ... Well they made me eat my words. The promotion have a winning formula that runs from season to season. Who's to say they won't do the same next year and beyond. Just wish we could emulate it.
  5. If only Darcy had drank Lucozade Sport instead of Monster he might have re-hydrated and none of this would have happened. http://www.lucozadesport.com/products/sport/
  6. He/she/it/Morriseyfan is a total wind up merchant and gets off on posting their fantasies here. Sad really.
  7. Have been looking everywhere on t'internet for the answer to this one. Perhaps someone on here will know. How many wins is that on the trot now for the Monarchs?
  8. Surely a double header at a discounted price is cheaper all round for a supporter than attending two meetings. Less to pay at the gate, one set of travel costs, food, etc.
  9. Kevin Wolbert 6.19. When did he score as many as 6 points in a meeting?
