Kent kings are no more ??
Come on the Skipper replied to Racin Jason 72's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
I refereed at Central Park not long after it opened, a couple of Kent Youth League games. One thing I can tell you is that the pitch was at the upper limit of length but the facilities were first class. That must have been at some point around 1994 or 1995. -
Objection submitted. Let's hope for a positive outcome.

Hi all, what links are working? I can't seem to get any of those provided by R and R to work. Thanks -
Rest in Peace

I paid my first visit to both between Christmas and New Year. I had a nice long chat with Bert Harkins at the museum, my wife and son weren't impressed by the amount of time I was taking so I was hurried along so that we could visit the rest of the park! All in all it's a most enjoyable day out (I got some great pictures of the lions as well)

Thanks for that, I was home late this evening so was watching my recording which just happened to finish as the riders were approaching the tapes for heat 15. I always allow a bit of extra time for the recording but this one went on a bit longer than anticipated, all the best to Kurtz and Holder of course. Let's see whether next week can match this for drama!
