Final score Smederna 47 Lejonen 42 - great work from the track staff to ensure the final two heats took place, but I don't think that lead will be enough.

We currently have a violin version of Eye of the Tiger playing on the PA for the riders' parade. Only in Sweden!

Why are they again listing the away team above the home team? (edit) I assume it's being corrected as the link no longer works.

Riders were still not happy after the track walk, prep continued until around 7:10pm and then it started raining again so it's been called off.

New start time published as 7pm UK time.

Start delayed by 30 minutes as track prep continues following rain this afternoon.

Someone appears to have written that upside down - Rospiggarna certainly aren't the home team! Bit of track work ongoing at Eskilstuna following a rain shower, but the match will hopefully start on time.

Usually maximum of two, or whichever makes me more nervous about missing flights home from Dublin after meetings. (At least now broadcasting locally means I don't have to worry about that!)

Smederna v Rospiggarna will be next Tuesday's TV fixture.

At Wolves I would get there just after 6pm to make sure I'd get a car park space (earlier at bigger meetings) and wait for the turnstiles to open, then grab a programme, queue up for some food, eat and chat to my friends before the parade. At Birmingham I'd be quite a bit earlier as I'd be working.

Without Birmingham Wheels, put simply, I would not have a career. I did my first ever commentaries on the stock cars there and spent just about every Saturday evening of my 20s there.

Premier Sports match has been changed - it is now Indianerna v Piraterna.

I think that's a different name for every year they operated. And in all those years, they barely won a match!
