  1. 2 teams turn up and race on the same track. The 2 teams that were successful made the final.
  2. There were 2 grand prix riders tonight both who have suffered setbacks and Doyle despite ending in the dirt twice and being run over accidentally by his team mate managed to score 11 from 4 finishes and NKI won 1 race.
  3. Apolo Apologies if I have offended you but Niels didn't appear to be up for it tonight.
  4. Fair comment. His general form since he was signed for Ipswich hasn't quite lived up to expectations. Having said that Swindon have been very solid and deserved the win.
  5. He was chosen to make way for NKI -- as a neutral I would lay blame on Danny King and NKI
  6. I couldn't agree more. Time away from the forum may give time to reflect and come back refreshed?
  7. I think I preferred last night's show to tonight. Awful but well done Swindon -- the superior side. Hope the finals are worth watching (it couldn't get worse)
  8. I'm confused (easily done these days) what is the date for the next Leicester meeting?
  9. Yes I remember his bad behavior.I think he went through an ''arrogant'' stage as did Bomber following his GP win in 2007. Fortunately they have both had reality checks since realising they are best concentrating on ''bread and butter'' speedway and will never be world champions. I enjoy their racing all the more for it.
  10. Memories from being a kid at Coventry I would say Nigel Boocock and in more recent times it would have to be Billy Janirro -- not for his success as a number 1 (which he never was) but just loved the way he took no nonsense (with the assistance of his elbows). Master bonus point rider
  11. Like a lot of forum members on here (before a certain poster accuses me of ''bullying'') now Poole have gone I don't mind who wins although as the underdogs I would love it to be Ipswich.
  12. A great post to read HAWK 127 and well balanced. Many of us have indeed lost our stadiums. Long live British speedway however long it may last.
  13. If you were supporting Ipswich it certainly felt like a final! Well done.
  14. Respectful? Possibly not However maybe the rest of your comment is applicable to SOME of the team. There is always next season to plan for.
