Getting them is half the battle, getting in is another! Although that been said, getting into a concert there recently was a lot smoother than the last GP there which took almost an hour to get into

UK speedway slowly dying
DJC replied to old bob at herne bay's topic in Speedway News and Discussions
I still follow every result here, Poland, Sweden, Denmark and further afield and usually grab the star if there's something about a rider I like to watch. Myself and the old man will always do Cardiff as it's only 5 mins down the road, my brother and uncle also come who haven't been regularly since the 80s! Main reason for not attending regularly now is owners closing tracks chasing money, Newport, Somerset etc and no Swindon. Not for want of trying, just lack of availability and time to travel 2/3 hours each way. Last time we took my brother to Somerset to see a rider who was guesting that we'd been raving about we got there and the BSPA had ruled him out last minute and it hadn't been made public...safe to say he hasn't been bothered outside of a GP since! -
Gorzow GP round 5 Saturday 25th June.

Glad it isn’t just me, he’s so predictable it’s frightening how no one hasn’t worked it out. -
Surely Auty and Shanes for Starke and Wright would be the choice? I believe there's been no confirmed date on Auty's return and puts Nielsen back to reserve with Pearson
-
There’s some of us who would just be happy to have their track back! We won one trophy in 14 years but I’d rather be watching the likes Marek Mroz, Barry Evans and Schrammy giving it everything again than winning the league even once

I had a copy and never got it to work, something that would work on a modern pc/laptop/tablet would be amazing.. There are Youtube guides on how to get the old Championship Manager games and the library that you can choose from looks extensive, could be worth looking at those process' to see if its available, I'll post the link if I can dig it out

Belle Vue Aces v Peterborough Panthers 02/05/2022 12pm.

Would be interesting to see how many heats he came to the tapes in the UK last season compared to everyone else. looking through the updates site 163 total starts (inc 2 rain offs) 36 of those in individual meetings and 15 as a guest. Was surprised that he only had 3 guest bookings last year, 2 at Sheffield and 1 at Leicester! -
Felt for Brando on that on your could hear the instant realisation in his voice. Didn't Crumpy also confirm Iversen was in for the rest of the season before a few moments awkward silence as Kelv tried to move on from it?

Unfortunately the detail feels way too specific to be a horrific rumour

Wolves v Brummies (Past & Present) 28th March 2022
DJC replied to Beowulf's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
I've seen quite a few although I think it's a little more 'techy' now. There was a picture of Lambert and his mechanics with a good old notepad in the pits on some social media pics this year. Nicki P looks to have been using telemetry software in preseason to show lines, reaction times and where he's picked up the most speed. -
He came third in the Victorian state in December - not sure if state is still the qualifier though
-
It was but didn’t someone say the last 2 would be above the German in averages? I was going by averages gained and what would fit. Presume he will get reassessed if it is in fact him.
-
Didn’t he average less than 4 last time for Lynn and only seems to be on the decline? although Milik is in a similar spiral, i would have thought his average would fit closer? Sub 6 last time he was over, also with Lynn?
-
Very true, and given he's starting his 10th year with Esbjerg it's probably a testimonial announcement!

Iversen posting news coming soon... Iversen and Nicol

Just putting the Berwick connections together and think it would leave just shy of 8 points for their reserves. Would make them pretty strong
-
Still have a feeling it could be NBJ with Gappmier staying at Berwick. Although there was talk on another thread he may not be over this year
-
Going by the latest Twitter post next signing will be a Dane! Probably from near Billund given the Lego reference NBJ, Patrick Hansen, Vissing. Or just a Dane in general, Hans or Klindt?
-
The way the teams are panning out so far, wouldn’t be surprised to see NBJ at Oxford as third heat leader.
