Someone in the GB set up really isn't a fan of Dan Thompson
-
Kerr's never ridden for Belle Vue, he's also been on the injury list more than off it (bar last year). Zischke came in for Mountain (4.36 in the prem) and at the time was averaging 2 points higher than him in the Championship in what was his first season over here so a change that on paper could improve their side. Unfortunately he only lasted 1 meeting before his bad crash and Belle Vue unlike most teams, have stayed loyal believing he will come good again. What British rider would come in on a 3 that would score more this season around Belle Vue?

Decent result in the Slovenian championship a few weeks back, fair play to Plymouth they are giving things ago. would have been very easy and cheap to have just called Bowtell up again but they’re trying something new and it has to be applauded

If plausible I’d be looking at Boncinelli that’s at Slask and Slangerup or the other Czech lad Adam Nejezchelba Can’t see them being above a 5

Newman in for Thomsen after his 28 days with Poole finish?
-
Paul Hunsdon and Tony Gaul. new names to me but one was involved at Birmingham and reading (ominous) and one involved in the hurry/nicholls training schools. surprised they didn’t have those two there if they knew it was happening

My comments were directed towards the promotion, not TB. He's one of the most professional in the game over here, socials and the way he presents himself is always top notch. As I said, that Polish date would have been in the diary for months so to organise PnP as new owners on the day your no1 isn't there is just poor.
-
Stop talking sense! The chat about how amateur the Northampton stuff has been is only compounded by a brand new promotion not being able to arrange their PnP when all their riders can be there. I don't blame TB he was signed before last season ended in Poland but surely dates were shared upon signing to make sure everyone was available for the official launch of their new business/team. Doesn't install a great deal of confidence.
-
Season hasn't even started proper and riders are missing PnP for Polish sparing. If only there were some pre-arranged Press Day for the Premiership teams ay...

It's about 200 yards from a hospital - handy but I can't see them getting planning for it. Spoke to my old man about it many times, There was a track up by him further up the valley in the middle of no where and even that wouldn't have got permission.
-
They may need a rethink after Puk's crash yday? Punctured lung could keep him out of the first few meets
-
Personally would prefer to toggle on and off for months with meetings that were of interest but I get locking people in for the full term from a business pov.
-
Without going into the link properly, can you pick and choose which months you subscribe for?
-
I agree. We would pick and choose meetings at Somerset and Swindon after Newport closed down but it never felt the same. Probably 5 a year at Somerset and even less at Swindon. I actually think we went to Somerset more when Newport were running than after
-
Who even runs their socials?
-
Ellis and a 3 pointer (Voulas fits I think) with Joe Thompson/Hagon the RS. Certainly wouldn't be worse than some of the Brum sides of late
-
I think he'd be even more fun! Most of the time its only his races worth watching in the GPs
-
Newport threatened it every week in their programme notes, the local papers, the speedway star. You name it they complained to it then blamed the BSPA for an average change last minute for them closing down. It was no secret that the haulage company were coming in. Birmingham were regulars with it before the stadium owners stepped in. Newcastle, even Glasgow did under the Facenna's!
-
Perhaps the rumoured 'new team' will pick him up

I was going purely on Lemons tendency for of a majority Aussie side, but there are quite a few out there, I was even expecting Puk there when Lynn announced their side (perhaps Foxhall bound?)
