By my count, at least 6 clubs gone in that time, yes Northampton have come in (at a huge, forced, financial gamble) but the quality, participation, engagement, crowds, riders have all disappeared due to being so disillusioned with the sport. So yeah, pull the ladder up jack, we're winning meetings on our tarmac track and getting some decent crowds. That's all well and good but they won't have many teams left to race soon enough.

Thought Flint rode a lot better than 1 point, few silly mistakes but acquitted himself very well on the top stage for the first time. Ellis mistakes as well in scoring positions that he shouldn't be making with the experience he has. Wright had a great meeting, again felt like he scored more than he did as he was always in the mix. Woryna jumping off was an embarrassment. Lambert just oozes class at the moment, if he can win in Vojens then Torun could be very interesting. I thought that at the British Final, seemed very happy with 'just' being second in every race. Granted it worked well but he was no where near as aggressive on the track as the other 15. He's coming along as a good little rider but does seem to lack that edge that would push him to the next level and probably why his Polish opportunities have been limited.
