It was prepped totally different but we are talking about 2 GP riders in janowski and dudek not a couple of 2nd division kids, they should of been able to adapt, no excuses

the track was too wet for the poles and many other top riders, woffinden commented about it in his interview, you see Wroclaw on tv every week and it’s never that wet, it played into our hands and we took it we were brilliant,let’s hope it’s the same tonight, top riders should be able to adapt to conditions but there were some Wroclaw track specialist who looked very slow last night, on another point someone told me last night that woffinden wants cook out of GB cause of a tweet Cook made, I remember seeing the tweet and it was awful but do you know if that’s true ?

Interesting to note woffinden’s interview where he praised Phil Morris for the track watering saying he that’s how he likes it, not like they do normally in poland where they don’t put much water down and it’s very dry, maybe this is playing into our hands and not into the hosts

Camera work is poor again tonight, Doyle obviously had some sort of moment but we didn’t see it untill linback got infront

They should of made tonight meeting bottom 2 teams get eliminated and put some meaning to the meeting ,the racing is decent so far though

Doesn’t look like polish fans have fell for the SON either, maybe better crowd tomorrow but this is the lowest crowd for Wroclaw since it’s been rebuilt

No point in trying to explain because as usual don’t listen, it’s my last comment on it, so as you do with all the posters on here you can feel smug with yourself that you have defeated me over this

You don’t need a healthy mind you need a win at all costs mind and you don’t get that in a gym, Craig Cook is mega fit and doing all the right things(fitness)but its obvious he has mind issues to overcome, he gets too worked up and you can’t sort that in a gym

He isn’t my mate, I have beat him lol but I don’t know him at all

All I’m saying is not everything is a perfect as the public persona leads you to believe , they are very normal people Spend some time with them and then you will see why the poles are so good

As I said don’t always believe what you read about the poles, what the public see and what the public doesn’t see are sometimes very different and woffinden’s gating goes from brilliant to shocking in one meeting and he is clever at cutting back on first corner

So why is woffinden one of the worst gators in the GP ?

And of course all the top althletes in the world recommend energy drinks

If your not a fitness person and there are some that are then doing something that you don’t want to is not good for your head, there are some riders that go into their own little world on race days and being forced against your routine is not good for your head

Don’t believe everything you read about the poles, why is Jason Doyle not leading the world championship ? Or to.be honest not at the top of his game ? His equipment is the best and his training is at the top so what’s changed ? It’s his mindset, he is NO1 and with it comes a change in mindset, not diet or fitness and that’s why it is so hard to to do back to back titles, notice woffinden has the well known fitness coach Pete Adams back in his corner at GPs, speedway is a head game, personally I just think we will get the same results we would of anyway , in Wroclaw we should be able to get on rostrum as it’s woffinden track and lambert can cut it in poland, I don’t think Cook can but I just think he is too nervous and too wound up to be able to make an impact and you don’t change that with fitness , one place I do think they will make an impact is raising the profile on team GB cause the world is full of that type of people who believe all the add ons is the way everything should be

You will get better results if you employ a headshrink and a good tuner, that’s all that matters in speedway always has always will, your not on track long enough for the rest to make a big difference, if this althlete thing works for an individual rider then great but it’s not for everyone and any motorsport competitor will tell you, you can have the best equipment and have the best team around you and be the fittest athlete in the world but if your head is not 100% you won’t win anything and that applies even more in speedway cause all that belief has to be packed into 100 yards to the first corner and no amount of physical training will get you to that. The two heads are everything in speedway, the one on the shoulders and the one on the barrel, get those right you will go along way

Got to be honest I just don’t get what they do, I understand what they want to achieve but I find all this althlete stuff a massive bore and really I couldn’t care less about it, I don’t like rossiter as GB manager but he is the manager and to have all these people dictating what goes on is wrong, it’s rossiters job and his job only and also to have seemingly one rider dictating how things are is also wrong,

The empty seats will only come as surprise to bsi, when will speedway realise it is too expensive in Britain, be it bsi or bspa

I’m not going not because it’s BV or because it’s the SON and I’m not impressed by either it’s because it’s a Tuesday and more importantly it’s over £100 for me the Mrs and our son in the seats and that is too much

Maybe but talking to a few the other night they said no they wouldn’t be going, I hope it’s a big crowd as it hurts to see small crowds at speedway . Have you any information of how ticket sales are going ?

One thing the SON has got going for it on Tuesday night is the weather forecast
