  1. more people die or get injured from slippers at home than in road accidents every year , why don't H&S deal with them
  2. the rybnik v leszno was defiantly worth a watch , that was one hard fought meeting
  3. Red bull 1st and 2nd , looks like the reign of the green fingers of diabetes is over
  4. It's like zmarzlik is riding a comedy bike , it's just going in any direction it wants
  5. Doyle jumps and gets away with it , janowski makes perfect start and get warning A famous kildermand dive ????? Think the ref is having a bit of a mare
  6. Think the question is why does he bother using them , he just came last by a long way , they offer no advantage whatsoever but we will see them more widespread in speedway in years to come because speedway riders are the most gullible people on the earth
  7. We had decent racing in first 4 heats , I know let's flood the track for heat 5
  8. Would of given iversen an all 4 then , it's a narrow track ,he doesn't have an option with zagar turning late , not like he layed it down ,unlucky but if someone has to go it has to be iversen
  9. with the lack of decent prize or point money the dangled carrot of a place at Cardiff is seen as a suitable replacement and I bet even woffinden would ride in it if he needed a place in the GP
  10. just watched this meeting , there was some very hard moves from both teams
  11. I'm totally with Phillip rising on this one ,Rory is an Aussie , he has raced for them at World Cup level and should not of been in the British final , I said it 2 weeks ago on here that on principle I would not attend Cardiff this year if he were to get the wildcard
  12. I never ever refused to ride any track or any conditions ever , even going against my team mates , as far as I was concerned the wetter the better
  13. being a spanner man ,trainers are good enough for the job , wouldn't wear flip flops myself but if josh feels they good for him then fine with me , I wouldn't wear high heeled shoes to drive in but some women do and its been like that since god was a national league rider , pete adams is often seen smoking next to bikes in wolves pits
  14. check out the gloves the riders are wearing these days they offer little or no protection, they are like socks
  15. ah bless your such a softee, I have news for you , thousands of people die everyday, it's the way life is, reading your posts recently you sound like a real bundle of joy to be around and do you really think thrill seekers like speedway riders care a hoot about wearing proper footware ? Or any sort of health and safety for that matter
  16. hopefully on the moon , don't need H&S sticking it's bloody nose in , try living a little , you would be surprised how good life can be
  17. I should of said if you were to hit the limiter it would be dangerous because if you hit the limiter during a corner the bike will straighten up like hitting a rut but the limit is set at 13,100 I believe and even the top riders in the world only hit around 11,000 during a race so it doesn't really do anything except maybe on the start line, if your bike hits 13,000 during a race then your set up is wrong and your in danger of your tyre disintegrating after a couple of laps
  18. GTRs do have Rev limiters but they are rarely hit and hitting one during a race can be dangerous
  19. thats going to change this weekend coming as they meet each other and I will be there
  20. love the 20 or so rawicz fans on the back straight , had a drum and a flare too
  21. Pawlicki makes a perfect start gets a warning , Doyle goes through tapes but gets no warning ,think this rule needs dropping
  22. Pawlicki should never have been on a warning , it was a perfect start , ref could of used video evidence , his exclusion should of been his warning . Woofys gating needs sorting , he is dropping the clutch very late and it's costing him, he has the speed on his engines
  23. I see it one of 3 ways , either they are general thieves who don't know what it is and therefor it may get dumped and found ,or they are professional thieves who wait a while and then find out the owners and contact them offering the bike back at a price saying they have found it in a shed or somewhere and if the police are contacted the bike will disappear or it's someone in the speedway community that puts new gaurds and covers and sells it back to speedway community
