  1. There is no contact until Doyle leans to turn in, the contact is with the backend of Jensen bike, Jensen doesnt drift of his line, he psssed Doyle fair and square
  2. Wrong,Jensen had the beating of Doyle, Doyle knew it but wouldn’t give an inch keeping a ridiculous tight line going down the straight and at the point of contact which was minimal Jensen was infront and was wrongly excluded
  3. Doyle got to go, Jensen has got him and Doyle knows it but won’t give in
  4. You can only wonder why lampart gets the nod over helstrum bangs in the team
  5. You have to respect a rider who gives it out but then proves his salt on the track
  6. Can’t believe that was the same guy who turned out for Birmingham last season
  7. I thought all 3 riders crossed the white line there and Hampel was unlucky to be singled out
  8. Happens to us all eventually sadly ,the first meeting he did as pundit he was clearly busting his buttons on his shirt and the next match he kept his programme board infront of his stomach
  9. What a race that was, the leszno pair literally threw their bikes at sitek from all angles but he seemed to read every move perfectly and get the 2nd
  10. Graham dury, once you understood him and the way he was, if you didn’t get him he was an arse, good rider, promoter and team manager who cared deeply for the sport, had many long chats with Graham over the years about the sport and had the privilege of him as team manager at long Eaton, while promoting at Birmingham he offered me the team manager job which I refused and he said he respected me for not taking it just for the sake of taking it
  11. It would be boring if riders were the same characters but drabik and czugunow are weirdos
  12. Rybnik are the Birmingham of the extraleague and that’s being unfair on Birmingham
  13. Sick of these slick bone dry tracks, put some dirt down, wet it and put some holes in it,let’s bring back rider skill instead of engine tune racing
  14. It’s a rumour certainly doing the rounds, him and one of his curry night mates who is currently involved with Sheffield
  15. Getting sick of dusty tracks, it’s heat 1 ffs
  16. Scoreline flattered Birmingham, musielak was brilliant after 2 duff rides and castanga is earning his points too but rew seems to be going backwards, jeppersen after a promising start to season is really struggling, Edward’s is ok but is getting beat by his reserve counterparts regularly and zagar is just zagar, they have the riders to do it but I just can’t see where the first and probably only victory is coming from
  17. This is the point I am getting at, we have to see them as one of us or we don’t form a connection and without that connection you don’t get a following and it goes for teams too, we have to feel they are our club otherwise our loyalty is fractured, football and even polish speedway understand the concept but British speedway doesn’t, my Mrs is a season ticket holder at stoke city FC because it’s her home city and she has a bond with that city, she doesn’t follow any other teams or even watch any other tv games or even follow England when they play and I’m not sure she even likes the game of football but she loves stoke city, it’s the bond without it you don’t have a following
  18. a social gathering is what made speedway and all this pro althlete garbage just doesn’t wash with the public,at heart people crave reality despite fake being pushed on them and bonds are formed between competitors/teams and the public partly because they see themselves in their heroes and that bond has been lost along the way. Speedway is an amateur sport and there is nothing wrong with that, the reason promoters close ranks is because like in most sectors of society it’s about money and they don’t want anyone coming in to take their slice of the pie no matter how small that slice is
