I’m not alone on this one, why did wolves ever let musielak go

As a wolves fan I think the karlson corridor is one of the worst things to ever happen to Wolverhampton speedway, that and the adverse camber on both bends that has appeared in the last few years with around 10ft of unusable track on the outside makes an already technical track just awful, it doesn’t lend itself to racers, it’s just 4 riders trying to stay on the kerb

It’s going to need to be, after this years spectacle they may need to beg people to go back

That something the bspl would do, the IOW know their product and their market unlike British speedway who haven’t got a clue about their product or their market

I think he has still got what it takes to be a top performer at extraleague level and still be top 6 in GP (not WC anymore) but what is different is is his ego doesn’t like being upstaged by another Brit and bewley is upstaging him

Poor racing tonight, Wroclaw need more speed and points from woffinden , chugonow and reserves not backing up bewley and janowski

Track is like it was when it first opened after revamp

Track surface looks like sand, they have had track covers on today not sure it’s helped

Not many happy faces in Toruń camp all meeting long

I don’t understand why go out on the second bike and then change back 20seconds before time up, maybe the second bike wasn’t ready to go but maybe there was a mix up with mechanic but always have 1 bike ready to go but the they are paid good money not to make such mistakes

Decent meeting there, think gorzow will be the happier of the 2 teams despite the loss

Holder replaced by a reserve says it all for Toruń

Gorzow certainly giving there all considering they are vastly depleted with 3 key riders missing but I feel they will run out of options as the meeting goes on

Zielinski dirt deflector (cast bit the holds the spindle)snapped when the gorzow rider hit the back of him going into first corner

Why ?

I find it disrespectful to the fans for riders to announce they are leaving teams or joining another team before the season finished, I understand the polish press don’t help the situation but show some respect to the fans

Nothing to talk about yet they don’t start till 5pm

In a very clean and tidy stadium , for me the thing restricting the crowds even more is the ferry crossing but as complicated as the ferry sounds it’s not difficult to leave your car in Portsmouth and go on foot getting a taxi to track on the Isle, the taxi company is located in the pits, traveling on the ferry with the riders, they have speedway bikes in front of the stand for kids to sit on during the meeting

Fantastic food cooked by the promotion at a cheap price

Bigger crowds than they got for league speedway, totally geared towards the fans experience, 25+ races per meeting for £12 and I’m pretty sure the British upright meeting was 16 speedway bikes as was the 3 team tournament last week featuring national league riders ,you call it gimmicks I call it entertainment

And the fact that you have to keep repeating it tells you how utterly stupid this play off system is, I thought the poles were beyond this stupidity that British speedway specialise in but clearly not, polish speedway and the Isle of Wight are the only things keeping me a speedway fan at the moment, even the GP has lost something for me, seems it’s just going to be the Isle of Wight at this rate

It breaks my heart but speedway has reached an all time low this year, I know injuries can’t be helped but overall this meeting just about sums up the sport, Newcastle closing ,cardiff last weekend, barker suspended and I hear we are just around the corner from another bad headline, where did it all go wrong ?
