Speculation is just that speculation,,It is likely there will be successes and some may not come up to expectations,,,But if they all click then wow what a season were in for at Rye House..Let's all hope that is the case......

Their suggestion that they have 4 captains in the side may be likely that Kennet may be some where else,as he surely would maintain the captaincy if in the team ,,Anyway we will know in the morning ..........

A revitalised Davy Watt would actually be a heat leader round Rye,,,Good signing could prove to be better than Harris in my opinion...

Never been a fan of Harris and you need to gate at Rye,,How ever if they get some more dirt on the track he could do ok. Would not mind seeing Davy Watt here as the line he rides could be very effective round Rye..

If Scott is the 9+ big name signing ,then it looks like they are going down the strength in depth route,,instead of signing riders that may be on 11+ converted averages...I think this is a good move and Nichols should be able to beat any one round Rye ...Exciting times for the club and it has to be hoped the support warrants the move up to the top division

This is not football..Promotion and relegation do not work in Speedway Expect problems at the end of the season....

This really looks tough on Ellis,but how can you change the rule for one rider..Are there any others effected in the same way ?

Not sure you can ride National with an average over 4 in the premier...Of course thing s can change at the A.G M...

Good luck to Rob Branford and Ben Morley in the pairs sunday,,No last places is the key to winning this meeting as Ben and Danny Ayers showed last year ,,.

Weakening of team strengths is almost inevitable,,especially with an enlarged Elite league,,this would have a knock on effect with the Premier

I still think he was more wound up than his throttle....

Lots of delays tonight for various reasons,,but in between some very good racing,,it was always going to be a close run thing here ,and it now looks like Newcastle will likely progress to the final .,,Some good performances from Robbo,,Heeps and Morley ,and Busk Jacobson and the rest had their moments..Stand out rider was Newcastle,s Steve Worrall,,with good back up from Morris and Palovaaraa,,, Barker was a big let down to himself and Newcastle ...Roll on next season,and hoping the improvements at the track start to take shape..What league we will be in is anyones guess at the moment,personally i hope Rye stays in the Premier,,i do not think there would be the level of support needed for the Elite League...

I too hope we do not go down the six riders per team route..I know riders who took part in the trial meetings,and they were not impressed at all,,...

At this stage with a possible change in the make up of the leagues next season, ?,It is impossible to speculate on the make up of any sides at this time,,,

Rob Branford has improved as a rider this year and as there are still some rough edges to iron out, i think there is more to come next season and hope he is in the Rockets team

Rob Branford has done really well since coming in to the team,,And i believe still has further improvement in him,,,
