  1. Brilliantly put. Mildenhall is a great little stadium that has survived against the odds due to the hard work of its promoters, management, riders and supporters. It has a proud history at this grass roots level of the sport, and long may it continue.
  2. Having just seen the weather forecast for Sunday afternoon in East Anglia, I wonder if this double header will be a victim of the weather? The Met office has issued a yellow weather warning for the East of England, with the threat of thunderstorms, heavy rain, lightning and even hail unfortunately. It seems ironic that we seem to go weeks without any action, then leave the important matches until late October when this type of weather is always a risk.
  3. Thanks, but I think both of those require a subscription to the Sport bit? I have Eurosport on my Sky package and watch the GP's on that, but frustratingly the SGP2 and the practice are not included on the normal Eurosport channel. I downloaded Discovery+ which is free for a year if you are a Sky customer, but the Sport bit costs extra. The same with the Eurosport app, I think that coverage also costs extra which I can't really justify.
  4. Its not shown on Eurosport in the UK, but is there a link to a stream which shows the practice and riders putting in their fastest times for the draw?
  5. Is there an SGP2 taking place, and if so, is it being streamed does anybody know?
  6. I thought I'd seen it all in almost 60 years of watching speedway, but "no tyres" available is a new one on me! Surely somebody's head has to roll over this monumental cock up? The fans that paid full price to watch this must be livid. Almost difficult to believe, but then this sport is renown for shooting itself in the foot. Can you wonder the general public can't take it seriously.
  7. I don't suppose there is a live stream available anywhere? Either free or pay to view?
  8. Is there a stream anywhere to watch the SGP3 without me parting with my cash. I've never seen it before, and being curious don't really want to pay to watch something that I may not enjoy.
  9. My first experience of watching a live stream from BSN and I'm very impressed. Great camera work and commentary with top notch graphics. This is as good as any TV coverage so congratulations to all involved with this broadcast.
  10. The weather for Wolverhampton this afternoon looks pretty dire according to the rain radar, so I'm surprised Eurosport have taken the risk of televising it. Lets hope the risk pays off and the meeting goes ahead?
  11. Either that, or I've gone totally deaf! Not impressed with that, surely they could chat about something? The weather, politics, what colour wallpaper the new Prime Minister will put up in number 10?
  12. A bit insensitive to show an interview with Chris Holder just after he's been carted off in the Ambulance!
  13. Not had any buffering issues so far. I'm on BT Internet with a fairly fast fibre connection.
  14. Why the long periods of silence during track grading?
  15. Is there any coverage of the SGP 2 being held on Sunday, either TV or streaming?
  16. With so much confusion over this, my plan is to wait until the first GP and see if its on Eurosport 2 which is included in my Sky package. I downloaded the 12 month free offer of Discovery+ app to my Sky Q box, unaware at the time that "live sport" was a cost extra. Like others I see no point in paying £6-99 a month extra, when I can get almost identical coverage for free. Whether this proves to be the case, I'll find out soon!
  17. I was in the same boat but didn't renew BT Sport. I downloaded a free VPN then logged on to the official Moto GP live stream on their web site to watch the race. You can do this as long as the web site thinks you are in a country that isn't showing the Moto GP races live. Naughty I know, but times are hard for this old pensioner and I can't afford BT sports prices for just the odd live stream!
  18. Totally agree. Unfair on Sayfutdinov & Laguta, but the World must send a message to this evil dictator. The man is a monster with no regard for human life and must be treated as such. The World has had enough of these people.
  19. Sounds a great idea. I wonder if it will be a monthly subscription service or pay to view each meeting?
