  1. i'm not too sure, but since Smith was dropped from his Champ side, does he not come back into league on his most recent ave (Prem converted) i'm sure that's what happened when BWD went from Workington to Peterborough?
  2. 2 brits at reserve would make sense to me, especially using the EL "fast track" format where there were 2 reserves heats!
  3. So Pirates fans would you like Charles Wright (6.29) in your team now he's been dropped by Somerset? Who would he replace though?
  4. If that's true means Swindon could drop Nick Morris & sign him a week later on a converted champ ave of 6.80!
  5. Now that Starke doesn't have a Prem team, he would come in on his converted Champ ave (4.62) I believe? So Shanes would then be 3.32!
  6. I think the lower NL limit will only lead to riders struggling to make the step up to the Champ! Even if they're scoring well that may only be due to riding in a weaker league, not improving as riders! Look at the likes of Phillips and Bickley struggling in the Champ, shows how big the gap is!
  7. Using their most up to date figures they fit, but that will change with matches due to be raced before the cut-off & a 26 match rolling ave replacing the current 28 match rolling ave!
  8. So July aves should be? Kenneth Bjerre 7.54 Hans Andersen 7.42 Kristian Pieszczek 6.50 Danny King 6.46 Kyle Newman 5.23 Todd Kurtz 4.02 James Sarjeant 3.00 Total 40.17 Leaving 2.33 to strengthen up! I'd agree Eric Riss or Lasse Bjerre seem best options!
  9. Ben Morley would come into Prem on a 3.97 ave (5.16 / 1.3) wouldn't fit in place of Clegg!
  10. I think British Speedway got it right! Only Swindon would have to move from a Thursday (if they were forced too), but Poole, King's Lynn, Redcar, Sheffield & Ipswich would be have to move their race nights if Prem was Mon & Thurs! I think putting 5 British teams above a handful of Danish riders is the right thing to do for British Speedway!
  11. I'm a bit young to remember Kelvin Mullarky but i've seen a little of him on VHS and my Dad always had fond memories of him (said he was a hard rider). RIP Kelvin xx
  12. Simon Lambert, Carl Wilkinson & James Shanes are the best names I can come up with to replace Clegg!
  13. Minimum ave for foreigners is 4.00, which I just remembered as I thought Kus would be a good signing as well!
  14. I've just remembered foreign riders come in on a minimum 4.00 ave so Kus can't replace Clegg & keep the Rockets under the 42.5 limit!
  15. I always thought i was clever around averages, but finding it much harder this year to follow them!
  16. They need to strengthen up and replace Clegg with the extra 1.81 available, only way they will get near the top 4 imo!
  17. Adam Roynon Connor Mountain Leon Flint Luke Bowen Ben Morley Richard Andrews Drew Kemp Danyon Hume Tom Bacon Tom Brennan
  18. With the June averages Peterborough would have 7.10 to use if replacing Grondal - Kennet's June ave would be 6.85 (5.27 x 1.3) so he still fits (if he recovers before Grondal)!
  19. So Nathan Greaves must be on a 3.89 ave then (2.99 x 1.3) - seems like a bargain! Bears should keep him for the season!
  20. But because they are using Jorgensen's 2018 (May) rolling ave, it's actually 2 x 2018 matches & 18 x 2017 matches used for conversion!
  21. Thomas Jorgensen's average for Redcar? I have come to the following conclusion, as they've decided to use Jorgensen's 2018 converted Prem ave for May rather than his 2017 Champ ave it means the following: 1) The BSPA are ignoring Jorgensen's 28 Champ matches from 2017 2) They are using 2 x 2018 Prem matches & 18 x 2017 Prem matches (King's Lynn raced twice before Apr 23rd) to convert his ave So he's using a converted Prem ave because he's raced twice (at average cut off) for King's Lynn in 2018?
  22. Summers is a good guest for Glasgow away i'd say!
