Decent night when you consider there was nothing at stake . Cook was a class apart for the visitors and there won't be many better at Shielfield this season , all in all it was good to get the cobwebs blown off and get the season underway . Tigers next up for The Bandits and premier trophy action hopefully we'll be firing on all cylinders with the guys having sorted out their set ups and ready to go .

Its true what they say about pleasing some of the people all the time and all the people some of time , seems to me that no matter what team the promotion put together someone on here would have to come on and moan about it . Web-site says that two riders are due to be present on Friday night at the forum , you don't have to be inspector Rebus to work out this probably means that they are British based riders , I would like to think that one of them will be Ricky Ashworth , but as to the other one ? With regard to the take over at Ashfield and weather this included David or not I was under the impression that he was an asset of the BSPA ATM untill the decided to make a ruling . IMHO the BSPA hoped the Berwick dropped him before he rode the required amount of meetings allow him to go back to the Tigers and complete his meetings there meaning they wouldn't have to make a decision on his ownership , this another fudge by those who supposed to act in the sports best interests .
