  1. It’s dark, and drizzly, but ground still looks dry. We haven’t had the torrential rain and storms that everyone else seems to have had in the region.
  2. I look at these “rain radars” too. Those I looked at this morning for Ipswich, had not just green blobs, but orange and reds for torrential downpours, floods and lightening/thunder. We’ve had a shower a few hours back and that’s it.
  3. Of course. Plus, nobody really wants to finish bottom so there’s that incentive too.
  4. Agree. It’s difficult enough to win away as it is let alone allowing the home team a way back in. Needs binning.
  5. Hawkins will have his reasons. He’s made good decisions this season, imo.
  6. Cook was averaging 6 for this season, Kerr a little over 5. So in theory this weakens Sheffield a little and makes Belle Vue even stronger favourites. With the caveat that a move freshens up Kerr and he improves on the form he’s shown for Lynn this season.
  7. Can pretty much guarantee double figures from Klindt. Loves the place.
  8. Really doesn’t matter when you can blow everyone away at home does it. Nobody is beating them over two legs.
  9. That’s why Belle Vue are favourites. They literally batter everyone at home. How many 60+ scores is that now? Think our biggest win this season was 10 points against Sheffield at home. And to think some used to say Belle Vue have no home advantage as it’s too fair a track! They’re all totally dialled in and far too quick for everyone, even Doyle!
  10. Hasn’t Iversen ridden for Lynn this season without dropping one of the three leagues?
  11. Louis would have ran this by him before signing him, no question.
  12. No decision’s to be made. This is the team that will now head in to the play offs, barring further injuries. No further changes allowed under current rules.
  13. Tungate and Summers confirmed, pending BSPA approval. Replacements for Riss and Barker.
  14. His average fits perfectly as a direct Swap for Barker. Maybe their thinking has changed and they’ll go with that option and use guests/R/R in the hope Riss is fit for the play offs? We’ll know imminently what they’ve gone with as we’ll be releasing the team news for Monday in the next 24 hours. Only have until that meeting to make team changes anyway.
  15. No. Well it wasn’t, but maybe things have changed.
  16. Which is why Jason Doyle for example is worth his weight in gold. Not only turns up every week, but gives it 100% in every single meeting he’s here. We’ve had other top class riders dip their toes in of course, but you never really got the feeling they were giving it 100%.
  17. R/R and Rowe covering for Riss and Barker accumulated a total of 3 points, we done incredibly well to keep that winning run going. King the main reason for that. Good lad is Danny so it’s lovely to see him riding himself back to form. It’s been coming the last few weeks.
  18. You were basically riding a 5 man team though and had enough there to be winning that, especially with Doyle not quite his dominant best. Pickering, Jorgensen and Worrall with only one win between them at home is nowhere near good enough.
