If emil l wants to be recognised as one of the best riders in the world he needs to be in the world championship. He is clearly is in comparison but you got to be in it to win it and records will show he won the European championship. Whoever wins the world championship is not deminished by anybody not being in it imo

I would suggest the main issue speedway has is the one it has always had...the perception that it is first out of the start wins, as we know there's more to speedway than constant passing, imo the presentation of the sport leaves a lot to be desired. This is where f1 & particularly 20/20 cricket has worked it out.
