Perhaps Havvy was just trying to keep ALL the team happy by sharing out the heat fifteen rides where possible, seeing as the match was won it was a good place to do it especially as almost every rider had a call on it...Personally I would have put Joonas & Bomber in. there was a lot of incentive for Bomber to win it and I think he would have done it. the heat fifteen nominations can cause discord among the team after all its about the earnings....

A nice win for the Bee`s. It was a bit disappointing to give the Ace`s a point but at least we didn`t lose ..Whilst its nice to have a few jingles I doubt very much it will be Micks priority ringing round DJ`s. Its about providing entertainment on the track that matters most, thats what brings the fans in.

Don` t think you can judge the Bees on last nights home meeting, didn`t expect them to thrash the Aces but this encounter will be a different kettle of fish..I would expect the Bee`s to win this one with ease, we`ve a lot of Monmore specialists in the team....Bee`s by 4.....Hope it doesn`t rain..

Just had a thought, IF they beat the Aces we`ll call them....The Mighty Bees....

Think it will be a big test for the Bees, strangely enough it wont be as easy as Monday, it will be a lot closer....Bees by 4....

I was on the 3/4 bend and I did think after the first race there was a great hush around the stadium. the Aces bloke near us said he had booked seats on Aces away trips and they had been cancelled due to lack of bums on seats....

A lot of Aces fans left before the end of the meeting and I heard a lot of grumblings on the way out after heat fifteen... It was a perfect night for watching speedway and a bonus to witness the mauling....thought the track looked a bit bare but hey I`m no expert in track prep..

Bees by 4..

Its more like the Kennett we know, no doubt they`ll get to know soon enough !!!

Can`t imagine anybody in the speedway world would be so dumb as to send texts like that !!!

No he wasn`t from Poole he was a Leicesterite.

Everybody who attended this meeting deserves a medal. It was bitter cold and not much to warm you up. The food outlets were doing a roaring trade. thought Bomber / Danny and Jason all tried hard but the rest of em will have to do better than this otherwise the Bees will be in trouble. Its early days yet so am not too worried and if I were a Lions fan I wouldn`t look too much into this result...There were a lot of booby traps placed round the track and Bomber, Jason and Jakob found them. Its the first track I`ve been to where the parking attendant waves you off after the meeting....

Wouldn`t be suprised to see WARD writing in the Speedway Star in the coming weeks he`ll probably get the Darcy Ward column !

Am just glad all the ducks were facing the right way as somebody suggested they weren`t

Wonder what his next misdemeanor will be ? no doubt we`ll find out soon enough !!

Well well it seems any old tom can get in the pits and take over !! It just beggars belief..

Don`t know how Middleditch gets away with it, if it were a rider saying the same about the BSPA / SCB. he`d get a fine.....

Its easy to see why Ward gets into so many scrapes when he has Middlo as his role model....Personally think the FIM are doing a great job with Wards case, Instead of insulting the FIM Middlo should be telling Ward its his own fault he`s in this predicament. ...despite initially condemning Ward both Ford and Middlo continue to stick up for him, its exactly what he doesn`t need.....IF it was his FIRST misdemeanour you could understand people being sympathetic towards him but he`s supposedly been given the hard word from Ford and Middlo several times so I think he`s asked for ALL he gets and hopefully he`ll get it......

No doubt Wards getting a big lift from all his fans who seem to condone his continued misdemeanours....... thats just what he needs.....keep up the good work !

Don`t understand why a certain few think the FIM should do cartwheels to satisfy Ward, he should have thought about it before he did the crime perhaps next time he`ll think twice before he does it again...... but doubt very much he will...

I`m the same as everybody on here. Don`t think WARD should have to wait six months for his two year ban. ....

The people who think that WARD is the be all and end all of speedway are a bit deluded. whether Ward rides or not won`t affect Poole or the Grand Prix`s. it will ALL carry on as normal without him as it has done upto today and will do for evermore. !! Ward will carry on in his own sweet way doing what he wants until he`s brought down to earth with a bang...
