Its easy to see why Ward gets into so many scrapes when he has Middlo as his role model....Personally think the FIM are doing a great job with Wards case, Instead of insulting the FIM Middlo should be telling Ward its his own fault he`s in this predicament. ...despite initially condemning Ward both Ford and Middlo continue to stick up for him, its exactly what he doesn`t need.....IF it was his FIRST misdemeanour you could understand people being sympathetic towards him but he`s supposedly been given the hard word from Ford and Middlo several times so I think he`s asked for ALL he gets and hopefully he`ll get it......

No doubt Wards getting a big lift from all his fans who seem to condone his continued misdemeanours....... thats just what he needs.....keep up the good work !

Don`t understand why a certain few think the FIM should do cartwheels to satisfy Ward, he should have thought about it before he did the crime perhaps next time he`ll think twice before he does it again...... but doubt very much he will...

I`m the same as everybody on here. Don`t think WARD should have to wait six months for his two year ban. ....

The people who think that WARD is the be all and end all of speedway are a bit deluded. whether Ward rides or not won`t affect Poole or the Grand Prix`s. it will ALL carry on as normal without him as it has done upto today and will do for evermore. !! Ward will carry on in his own sweet way doing what he wants until he`s brought down to earth with a bang...

It was the wrong decision. nikki did nowt wrong !!! it was unfortunate Kasprzak had a bad fall but it was a racing incident and the ref daren`t excluce Kasprzak..

The usual Ward supporters are begining to raise their heads. Hopefully Ward will be out for a long long time.. Its looking bad when even Middlo hasn`t a good ward for him

I find it strange that in a pre recorded meeting we have to miss the first four races and then have to sit through the track grading / watering and have advert breaks willy nilly... it just does not make sense ! I thought they must have condensed the programme but no it went the full three hours......It was just not edited right at all they don`t seem to know that the races are run in blocks of four.....That said it was much better to see what we saw than not see it at all ...Within the three hours alloted time they had ample time to show ALL the races and cut out the small breaks between the blocks of four races and so make it a good production, having said that I think its nothing new for eurosport it happens on all their programmes..

Stead and King should never have been in the team, they`re elite riders on their way down into the premier league..How can the experience gained by King and Stead be of any value ? A chance to blood some up and coming GB riders has been lost.

Thought Crump did an excellent job he was a natural in front of camera and in fact I think Scott was a bit embarrased and found it difficult to contribute, Think Scott would be out of a job if Crump was available permanently

Stead`s on his way down, we need riders who are on their way UP and are going to be the future of team GB..Its a backward step in my opinion, give the young uns a chance !!!

It was pretty much what we know already, am just hoping its not a mini series I wouldn`t want to see the ` Life of Ward.`...

Got to admit David Rowe was a lot better than Jack. He`s more proficient at commentating and he even made Sam sound better. thought Sam was acceptable tonight...

Have not been impressed with the Swedish speedway upto press but have to say tonights meeting was really good despite the big score difference.. there was some good racing and the commentary was a lot better I think Sam found it better working with his new mate..and it was proven theres no need to shout ...

Don`t think MJJ will be able to spot when the camera is on him as quick as Holder thats something Holder has honed to perfection..

Anybody who gives Dave Younghusband a mention is fine by me he must know his stuff..

Thought Woffy wouldn`t be able to hang onto his title but it looks as though he`s going to prove me wrong he`s recovered well from his early season dip. Am not a fan of his but hey he`s supposedly British...

He didn`t do much for us but hey I don`t hold grudges, well done to Kasprzak he fully deserved his win, a lesser rider would have given up when Ward sailed past but Kasprzak kept on to the end and for me averted a nightmare. Am thinking Kasprzak could be World Champion 2014..........

Yes Mauger was a big wig only one or two had more than one machine at that time....

I remember one Thursday tea time Mauger was on his way to Owlerton and in those days he had a trailer with two machines on, and as he took a right hand acute bend his bikes were spilled onto the road don`t remember if the trailer overturned or they just came adrift from the trailer . I didn`t see it personally but a friend who lived on the corner told me about the incident. I think he was an ACE at that time Mauger that is.
