  1. Boxing Day speedway sounds good. Standing on the 3rd bend at Berwick with a turkey & stuffing roll, a few chipolatas, and a glass of mulled wine. Why not lol
  2. The SPFL will meet this morning to make a decision on those matches after official government guidance recommended that sports bodies consider cancelling events on the day of the state funeral, but have no obligation to do so on other days during the period of national mourning. Read this on Scottish Football website
  3. In 1989 there were 18 teams in the League yet Cup Final was done and dusted by 16th September. Poole had the first leg on the 12th and we finished the job on 16th. plus in them days you had qualifying rounds for the 4's and other stuff
  4. Knudsen has been a bonus for us in a disappointing season

  16. Lawson guests for Scunthorpe tonight with r/r for Aarnio
  17. Redcar still have an away fixture at Plymouth I thought they still had a home meeting left where they could only get a maximum 3pts
  18. If Scunthorpe lose at Redcar 48-42 both teams would have 26pts a 7pt + win for Scunny at Berwick would get them a playoff spot.
