  1. After a 5 week break in home fixtures, Bandits welcome Redcar for a 2nd time this season this time with league points at stake. For the Bandits Peter Kildemand misses this fixture due to injury, with Kyle Howarth stepping in as a guest. Redcar also have injury problems with Jason Edwards out for 5/6 weeks, so Simon Lambert is their choice of guest. For the Bandits to have any playoff aspirations home wins are a must, and they will be hoping to carry on from their previous home victory against Poole. Another close meeting looks to be on the agenda.
  2. Team manager Stewart Dickson was candid in his assessment after the meeting: “I cannot fault the effort from the boys but we are just not strong enough to challenge the top teams in the league at the moment. “We now need to dust ourselves down and prepare for a must-win meeting on Saturday.”
  3. As i previously posted Berwick rely heavily on their top 3 performing. Kemp had an off night last night, while Kildermand would have scored more than Leon. Berwick reserves picked up their points due to Poole riders falling so result could have been worse.
  4. A lot of people have a BSN season pass, so will now watch it at home getting there moneysworth rather than attend the meeting. Probably be a different audience for the live stream.
  5. Apart from Redcar away Berwick have score 40 + on their away travels. We do rely on out top 3 scoring well ,only time they had a off night we scored 37 at Redcar although Smith scored well at Glasgow & Redcar. Kildermand will be a miss although Leon has had some decent scores at Poole. If Hagon and Hume turn up i think 50-40 if not 58-32.
  6. Could have understood Plymouth or Scunthorpe but Redcar & Workington are normally 2 of our better crowds
  7. 2 home meetings in a row whoop whoop ,then a 3 week break till the next one
  8. we stayed last night in Machester. The difference i found was when we went into spoons probably a handful of speedway fans in, where as in Cardiff it was like a reunion with fans you know from other tracks. Sat in the East Stand £79 a ticket and never heard one single announcement time or anything else. Racing was decent enough and the weather was a bonus.
  9. Both teams will probably win their home match just a case of who gets the bonus point
  10. Interesting article in todays Star off Danny Ford. He thinks it should be 2H 2A
  11. Danyon guested for Oxford last night so good to see they are keeping busy over the 3 week break
  12. Jack Smith signed for rest of season just been announced
  13. All the cup competitions should have designated dates like the football. Year after year we have the same situation with cup fixtures.
  14. We normally get better crowds against the likes of Redcar & Workington, will BSN coverage make people think twice about travelling ?
  15. will be interesting to see Klidermand probably stay on 8.50 as only had 5 meetings and needs 6 for a proper average
  16. To be fair Jack Smith has done a good job so it wouldn't be a shock if we kept him
  17. aye he does go around A lot slower the regular drivers are lik eWacky Races. Still say they need to blade it and bring dirt back from fence seeing as the rakes are in a time capsule 😁😁
