  1. nice pies as well m8 i can verify that
  2. We certainly have but surviving being homeless and bouncing back, showed how important it meant to have speedway in Berwick.
  3. All Workington riders have been banned from guesting while the clubs suspension is taking place. So Voulas and Foord both supposed to be riding tonight have been banned and will not be riding for Birmingham and Ipswich.
  4. Aug 9th was originally Edinburgh so you would think either Scunny or fingers crossed Workington would fill that space
  5. A late change to the R.E.D Bandits, powered by STS line-up for tonight’s Cab Direct Championship clash with Edinburgh. Former Monarchs number one Craig Cook has failed to recover fully from Covid and had to withdraw from the derby ckash. We’ll once again use rider replacement for him, as we did in the victory over Redcar, with all our other six riders eligible to take an extra ride.
  6. Good old days of Saturday night speedway
  7. This fixture has been removed from Berwick website
  8. To many clubs have a Champagne lifestyle on a Irn Bru budget
  9. Bandits welcome Workington to Shielfield hoping to continue their run of home league wins. For the Bandits Kyle Howarth is back again, this time guesting for Craig Cook who is on a mandatory 7 day ban due to non speedway illness. Workington are at full strength so this will be a first time visit for Fraser Bowes. Again this has the makings of a close meeting and with former Bandits Etheridge & Hook in their ranks Workington will be hoping to keep it close. Bandits need to start looking at 50+ scores at home if they want to start accumulating bonus points in order to make the playoffs. My prediction if Hagon and Hume repeat last weeks performance's 51-39. Bandits: Kyle Howarth, Sam Hagon, Danyon Hume, Drew Kemp, Peter Kildemand, Dayle Wood, Jack Smith Comets: Troy Batchelor, Fraser Bowes, Tate Zischke, Antti Vuolas, Jye Etheridge, Jacob Hook Vinnie Foord
  10. A rider may ride as a guest (in an official meeting) at a track only once in an 8 day period (within that league) excluding Play Offs, unless he is replacing the home teams #1
  11. Bandits: Kyle Howarth, Sam Hagon, Danyon Hume, Drew Kemp, Peter Kildemand, Dayle Wood, Jack Smith Comets: Troy Batchelor, Fraser Bowes, Tate Zischke, Antti Vuolas, Jye Etheridge, Jacob Hook Vinnie Foord
  12. Hagon & Hume back up the top 3 well 2 last night and my prediction is spot on 😜
  13. 3 meetings in 5 weeks not ideal either. The rest of the team all double up with Dayle riding in NDL
  14. Redcar were on a 5-1 and Riss was holding Wright up. Wright passed him then tried to team ride him both Bandits passed him.
  15. C𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗕𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝗵 R.E.D Campers Bandits No.1 Craig Cook has been forced out of tonight’s clash with Redcar Bears after making the club aware at lunchtime he was suffering from Covid. After exhausting all guest options the Bandits will operate rider replacement in his absence.
  16. If Hagon & Hume back up the top 3 Berwick should do enough to win. Expecting another tight meeting so will go 48-42 to Berwick
  17. After a 5 week break in home fixtures, Bandits welcome Redcar for a 2nd time this season this time with league points at stake. For the Bandits Peter Kildemand misses this fixture due to injury, with Kyle Howarth stepping in as a guest. Redcar also have injury problems with Jason Edwards out for 5/6 weeks, so Simon Lambert is their choice of guest. For the Bandits to have any playoff aspirations home wins are a must, and they will be hoping to carry on from their previous home victory against Poole. Another close meeting looks to be on the agenda.
  18. Team manager Stewart Dickson was candid in his assessment after the meeting: “I cannot fault the effort from the boys but we are just not strong enough to challenge the top teams in the league at the moment. “We now need to dust ourselves down and prepare for a must-win meeting on Saturday.”
  19. As i previously posted Berwick rely heavily on their top 3 performing. Kemp had an off night last night, while Kildermand would have scored more than Leon. Berwick reserves picked up their points due to Poole riders falling so result could have been worse.
